Keep trying most of these spots are legit. I thought fraud at first but then they started to pop up. Also I think you need to be a few missions in. Duke of death has 2 spots
bro yes it is but it appears very rarely like the ramp car there are some so to speak requirements you have to have 100% in the gta and it can only be done on ps4 basically you have to do the same as when you go to look for the ramp car

There’s no specific time for it. You can find the Adder on one of the two blocks with the horse statue in the middle of the street. It’s just down the street from Michael’s mansion. Just drive up and down those blocks, if the Adder is not there, then drive quite a ways, to where different cars will spawn, then turn around and drive down those two blocks again. The Adder will show eventually. 🙂
