I always liked you from your first single. But now you are definitely my favourite RUclipsr. I discovered your channel a week ago and i am loving the content and definitely have a new subscriber. Please keep up the good work. Your videos are so on point and you come across as so warm and genuine. I will be sharing this with all my natural friends. #Froday.
Loved this vid. .. carried on being natural after pregnancy and i'm loving getting to know my natural hair, the amount of research i have done and money i have spent 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️.. Oh and i ordered the shower head literally as soon as you said it 😂😂.. working my way through all your hair vids x
Love your videos. I've been going natural for about 4 years but continue to weave. I'm trying to learn the art of loving my hair and showing it to the world. You've made fantastic videos !
I love videos like this but I don't have the patience. I am a lot older than you and I have noticed my hair is thinning... I can't be upset I just did not take good enough care of it. Your hair is absolutely gorgeous and shows that when you put that effort in it really does pay off. Great video.
This may be one of my favourites. I'd given up on homemade products as I just felt they took too long to do, but you made it look super easy! I would love to see a review with you using avocado oil, as I have had great results!
Another brilliant show. Thanks for the tips. Will be off to the shops to get my brush, clips and satin headcover and pillow case. Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to empower us naturalists.👌👊
You could also use a plastic drain cover to catch the hair so it doesn't go down the drain. It can be reused again and again and will reduce your use of drain unblockers.
Loving the hair series, can't believe I'm only discovering this now! Do you use heat to blow dry btw? I have really dry 4c hair, but when I air dry, my hair is brittle then too. Thinking of buying a hair steamer to help with deep conditioning to add heat and moisture, what do you think? X
I'll be linking all items in the description box on Froday, you should also subscribe to my newsletter as I send out that type of bonus content each week x
My drains block too! I try to catch the hair before it goes down the drain but I still need to unblock from time to time. I think the conditioners also block the drains. I will try your method of using this once a week to see if it helps 😊
Also did you buy these online or shops in UK? In London there's a few shops but not much in Bristol especially for pillow cases and bonnet, never seen a bonnet like that which covers the whole head like a pillow case! X
BLESS YOU!!!!! Esp re the Ionic ShowerHead!!! Been LOOKING for that since came across WaterOnlyHairWashing Regimen where she recommended soft or pure or distilled water. VirginPure.com system is good and already promising but doesnt remove the chlorine. Family shared this! Thanks
thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge through your website, you have inspired me . i have bought everything i need to start makingmy own shampoo etc but i'm struggling to find the Denman brush you recommended. I can only find the hand bag size :-( can you tell where I can Purchase the Normal size please.
Thanks so much for watching xx I've linked all the items in the description box below my essential tools and Afro hair product videos. Thanks again, glad you're enjoying the series❤️👑
Boi Jamelia I was so fed up of my hair last week....watching your vid last week stopped me from relaxing it. I just feel like it’s not grown as fast as when it was relaxed. I’m 1 year 4 months natural.
That's one of the big things to get used to, but in time you will. Growing to love your shrinkage is a real turning point in this Afro hair journey, but a great step forward in self love too ❤
Any other tips for us girls with coarse hair. My natural hair is sooo tough (my Mum says its like barbed wire) I can't do anything with it so I braid it every 2 weeks and pop a wig on. Even braiding my hair is painful for the person braiding it. I would love to have my fro out like urs, but its just too much work and I wouldn't even know what to do with it. Help a sista out
Hey Sophie, I have plenty of tips for you in my upcoming videos. In the meantime, step 1 is to lovingly embrace your texture. No negative adjectives when describing you hair please ❤

Thank you so much, and I love sharing with you guys...❤❤❤
🙋🏾I block the drains.. I've been through bottles of drain unblocker and then my partner bought a hair catcher off ebay and so far so good xx
Good idea, I'm going to look into that x
You could also use a plastic drain cover to catch the hair so it doesn't go down the drain. It can be reused again and again and will reduce your use of drain unblockers.
Great idea! Thanks x
Yayyyy have the same things mostly... I have a plastic cap for the drain don’t get blocked and it works really nicely! Luv this video 😉

10:24 Drain Un-blocker?
Thank you for doing this Jamelia, trying to figure out how to do my hair at age 30 after years of relaxers and weaves. Its a struggle! X
❤
Thank you, your advice is greatfully received. You are great!
Where did you get your satin pillow cases?
Is there a video of various ideas of what/how you do your hair before bed that won't take more than 30 mins?! Thanks 😊
I will get that one up for you soon x
Love your videos. Need to go out and buy some of the essentials. Looking forward to the next video
