I knew there had to be a Good Samaritan out there somewhere who knew the best way to do this. You just saved me countless hours. Thank you for posting !
I was doing a moving job and came across a heavy treadmill. I walked around the corner of a wall and instantly looked up how to move a treadmill and came across this video. Smooth operation.
Oh! Oh! 😲😲 That's it!?? I've had my treadmill in my dining room bc I couldn't find a single decent man in my circle to take it upstairs. 5 yrs later...I see this video and BOOM 💥 I removed 6 screws (2 pcs) and took it upstairs myself! Who knew it was that easy. Smh. Thank you guys. SMH 🙄
I am a freakin mechanic and my wife's treadmill has been sitting in the garage since we moved in in August. Taking it apart so I could move it hasn't even dawned on me. Glad I saw you guys. Thanks.
If this works I'm gonna be so excited! We couldn't get our neighbor's awesome treadmill into the basement because it's too big, so it's sitting on our covered patio where of course it never gets used.
Darn. I was hoping you were disassembling more than just taking off the top. My Bowflex weighs 290 lbs. If I take off the top, it still weighs 250 lbs. Too much for me and a friend to get up some narrow stairs. I really don't want to hire someone to get this out of the house.
I can't get the damn console wiring out. It has the weirdest wire grommets I've ever seen and I've been a mechanic for 20 years. I'm only trying to move the treadmill to another room. The wire clip is the only thing holding me up.
I ended up getting it finally. Wire clips aggravate the heck out of me, especially when there is more than one lip to depress on them with zero room to work in. I don't know; I think it could have been designed a little better. But, thanks Daniel.
Great video! How heavy is the base? And would you move it with the straps? I want to move it upstairs. All movers are super strong. I am not that kind of super human.
Aww man! Thanks guys! You saved me $150 did it myself. Woohoo
Excellent job shame you could not show you lifting the treads...is it heavy?
200 to 300 pounds

Jason Zimmerman be patient and you'll get it!
Nevermind, elbow grease and anger got the job done.

What's the model name of that treadmill?
Wait I think I found it it's called F1 smart treadmill, I had another question does it have a plug for the wires to come apart ?
You can connect and disconnected the wires?
Not all treadmill do that, right?
What are the bolts called? I need to know the name of the bolt so I can get the right screw to take them out
@@RescueMovingServices and she said the right "screw" to take them out... oh man some people are clueless

My treadmill weighs 300 LBS and I'm guessing just the base maybe weighs 225 or 250.
Thank you guys.
Can 1 guy lift it alone from first floor?
Oh. I can do that. Lol.
Thank you.
T H you're welcome: )
