I watched Julie Fitorin’s video of “I exercised like underrated fitness influencers” and I saw you on it and I thought that I should give you a go! I’m so glad that I did! You’re definitely going to be added into my routine a lot more from now on! Also, thanks so much for adding the modifications! I deal with some tight muscles and I’m unable to do situps and pushups. Lots of fitness influencers don’t add modifications, so thank you!!❤️

Great ,excellent ,fantastic hiit work out coach ,but in some excersises i did by modification mode because of my little irritation about my right shoulder ,but i take care of it !!!
