- In this episode Luis shares stories of training with his friend and pacer Barnaba Kipkoech, aka Rainbow. Rainbow appeared in Season 1 of Marathon Training In Kenya with Luis Orta, but wasn't able to be part of Season 2 because he joined the Asics team and began to train with them. Rainbow is extremely talented and certainly one of Kenya's rising stars! Rainbow has since become an accomplished marathoner, winning the Malaga Marathon, pacing for marathons all over the world, including Paris and Chicago. It's been a pleasure working and training with Rainbow; we're so proud of his accomplishments! He's not only an incredible athlete, but also an amazing person: kind hearted, generous, caring, and friendly. His spirit and work ethic are out of this world! This episode is a must watch for anyone who has been following Luis since Season 1!

How can I grow with fast running?
I Run 5k =23:35
I would say: run 3/4 days per week and enjoy doing it. You will improve fast.
run 3/4 days a week , up your mileage like run more miles than u normally do and you will see improvement

My dream is to win hawii ironman at age 55:) been living the dream 8 years now, plan on using the run to win, now I train 13 hours a day, would not mind being your coach, as see things, or feel things differently, think if you learn what I know, this will take you to being your best, and with your size, and weight,,most likely best in the world, but here is a tip, if you go to kenna to train with the best, then at least try and look like them when you run, they lean into the run, you,,like stick your belly button out, total opposite, and then you put forth a super dupper hard effort to keep up, while the other guy is like leaning into the run,,,and then he tells you to go faster, which really is just training your heart and breath to get out of control, and then,,,you practice this over, and over, and get really good at it, while the other guy, talking to you, he is tring to relax as much as possible, see if you can get fast relaxed,,,then you will be super duper fast in a race, find me, I need to train with guys like you, then you and me, we fulfill are dream,,,as they say, a dream is just a dream, until its not:)
