THIS 12" SINGLE WAS CULLED FROM SOME LONGER JAMS DURING THE ORC SESSIONS (ONE OF WHICH IS A COVER OF A MOST EXCELLENT OLD SCHOOL SWEDISH BAND CALLED "TRÄD GRÄS OCH STENAR") AND WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE THRU OUR WEBSITE.
THIS ONE IS FOR OUR FANS, ITS A YEAR END HOLIDAY CELEBRATION SLAB OF WAX MEANT TO PUT AWAY OUR OLD 2017 EGO AND PUSH FORWARD INTO 2018, A YEAR WHERE WE ALL DO BETTER BY OURSELVES, BY OTHERS AND BY THE WORLD.
ITS BEEN A HEAVY ONE, NO DOUBT, BUT THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE AND STRENGTH. SO SIT BACK AND FEAR NOT, YOU WON'T HAVE TO GET UP AGAIN TO FLIP IT FOR LIKE...11 MINUTES.

Love them! Pushing the boundaries. Reminds me of elements of the legendary British plunderphonic band the Perrinormal, blended with Dutch band Fractured Cat, Can, Pere Ubu and PIL with the approach of Anton Fier's Golden Palominos.

This is like a fusion of Damaged Bug, OCS with the Moterik drive of Thee Oh Sees, although I couldn't help thinking the song could do with some of the lead weight, fuzzed noise of earlier Thee Oh Sees.
I'm digging in!

This is insane mate, the first track it's like a never ending loop of different frequencies and quick drumming and the constant playing of that bass, while stoned makes me relaxed but kinda of nervous cause the pace they're playing, but I actually enjoyed it till the very end. Second song actually think fits in really well with the more psychedelic slow pace and more stoner rock feel of the guitar and bass. In my opinion pretty good mixing compared to some of their early recordings.
Second song sounds like a mix between Neu! and Sun Araw
The current line-up should really be playing these live

The second track is beautifully spaced out and mellow. Really digging this 12". I snapped up the blue vinyl via Castle Face. Pricey but worth it.
nice. really hope for a krautrock madness album, i mean, they did before, but the first half on this is totally beyond kraut-madness. hehehe. I love it

I prefer the "Help, Masters, Floating Coffin, Carrion Crawler" type of Oh Sees. Hope they play some older stuff this Sat. In Philly.

Yeah, it'll grow on you. I think it's one of my favorite tracks by them now. The drums and bass are so locked in. And I think like Andrew said, maybe give Can a listen and you'll see a little more where they're coming from on these tracks, especially on Orc. It's all pretty much Krautrock. It's generally got a driving beat/motorik beat, and it's usually pretty experimental and some might call it repetitive, but it's all about the groove and staying in it with not too many changes going on.
