Beretta is excited to announce the launch of a brand-new ladies’ training gear collection - focused on delivering improved garment fit with modern performance fabrics aiding in durability for dynamic shooting competitions and rigorous outdoor physical training.
Designed with the female athlete in mind, we have improved the seam work and elasticity to showcase the female form without sacrificing technical details. The strategic cross-over appeal with signature colorways and fabric treatments can blend to be ideal for outdoor ranges, early field hunts, or weekend casual wear.
This new gear collection will be available for purchase at this week’s 2023 NRA Annual Meeting and Exhibits in Indianapolis, IN, and will go live on Beretta.com starting on May 1, 2023.

The interesting point about this video, was not the firearms training, but the physical, gym, and running training needed for this sport.
Would like to see a more detailed video on the above.
You should be doing exercises outside the scope of firearms.
Hello! I would not say the gym & running are "required" for competition shooting, but physical fitness is a tool you can develop to help you reach your potential. The stronger & faster my legs get, the more stable I become when I move while shooting. The stronger my upper body gets, the more stable I am shooting long guns. When I increase my cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance (VO2 max) I can get through a strenuous 4-minute-long 3Gun stage without dying :) In competition shooting, being fit is a bonus, but never outweighs the necessity of a winning mindset and the fundamentals of marksmanship.
