dunno if you guys gives a damn but if you guys are bored like me atm you can stream all of the new series on InstaFlixxer. Have been binge watching with my girlfriend these days xD
As beautiful as this song is, you know there's darkness to it, too. The fairies often enchant humans just because they can. And, while this girl was swept away into a world of seemingly endless enchantment, her human family probably spent the rest of their lives mourning her, wondering where she'd gone, having disappeared one night without a trace. The fairies are alchemists, teaching the lesson that to gain something, something else must be given up in return. Be cautious when dealing with them. They will be kind or mischievous as they will.
Hearing this I imagined a neglected or abused girl at home that found comfort at night or in the rain or gardening like me and that faiyres saved her like I always wished for myself. And the mourning family hasn't noticed her disappear Another take is that a poor starving girl out side the village on the edge of the forest was passing away and the fayires where helping or the same abused girl it kinda alternated in my head when my eyes were slosed while enjoying this on tje woods
no its a metaphor. she's calling the guy the fairy king, but he.... isn't. its a metaphor, just as faeries are themselves. he's actually a man and she's an angel. she sings of how she is entranced by him, calling him the faerie king. The tragedy is in her lost purity.
"I wanted to create a song about a girl who becomes enchanted with the fair folk and is lost forever in their eternal dance" i love this song bc it reminds me of my fave book! (an enchantment of ravens) and funny that i got this recommended just after i finished "a court of thorns and roses"
I know of a story about a farmers wife being taken away by faeries. He saw her sleepwalking away and once she was outside she was gone. He got her back by ambushing the fae parade and managed to get her back
My dad and I love sitting and listening to you. We were wondering if you did disney covers (besides lion king) or if you took requests because we think you could totally nail Once Upon a December and I Won't Say I'm in Love
This sound so peace full like u are a open free land and there magic all around so that u can explore and under stain how magic works this is so pretty 💙💚❤💛💗💜💙💗💛❤💚💜
The land of magic, The land of dreams. In the land of mist, Dancing through the fields. Stars shining on the world, Moon lighting up the woods. Fairies dancing around, Mist waltzing near us. Dreamy music, Lifting my soul, Is in the air, In my lungs. The land of magic, The land of dreams. Are the wonders really here? Is this the gate to fantasy? Dancing, Dreaming, Waltzing, Singing. We are dancing, Nature dreaming. Mist is waltzing, Fairies singing. The hour of magic is near, So come closer, you can hear Her whispering Sweet promises To our melodies.
Y u have so less subscribers?!?! I don't have words to say how good ur songs n ur voice is!!!n that happens very less ...the lullaby of woe is in my all time favorite songs!!! I earnestly hope u get more famous...u deserve it!
Okay Ashley, you absolutely HAVE to do a cover of the song "10000 Enemies" from Netflix's Watership Down. It's a haunting song that your voice is perfectly suited for!
Essa música é incrível, você ouve e realmente se sente no lugar da personagem. Ouvindo ela me sinto voltando no tempo quando era adolescente e amava passar a tarde inteira lendo livros de romance sobrenatural em especial sobre o tema das fadas. 🤍
I wanted to ask if I could write down your lyrics for a book I'm writing? I would give credit and your song would appear as the first thing for every new chapter; I wanted to write a fantasy about Fae and your song is perfect but I don't want to steal it and instead give credit with permission
i know you probably haven't had a pov written in your comments but i just can't help myself, soooo... {``} It was a dark, yet beautifully star-lit night out in the gardens. Fireflies and floating candles helped light the clearing, even though faeries can see in the dark. Many other faeries of different colours and backgrounds waltzed with the music and a mortal stood alone. They were under an enchantment at first, but the enchanter died, and so they were free, but a part of them couldn't leave this mysterious place. The faerie woman ended her song, then looked at the crowd, then the King. She began to sing a new song, one that has yet to be sung. Her words echoed unnaturally as the folk stopped and listened. As the faerie lady kept singing, the folk began to try and make up a new dance on the spot. The mortal watched, but then the King himself approached them. "Dance with me," he said, and held out his large hand with ringed fingers that glistened in the moonlight. The mortal was stunned, but couldn't help but accept His Majesty's offer. The King and the mortal began to twist and twirl with the mesmorizing song, and kept dancing until the sun rose. {``} anyway, that's what i see when i hear this incredible song: a lost mortal and a beautiful king dancing 'till the sun rises (maybe even falling in love hehe).
This sounds like a broadway show I want to see. Gorgeous!!!
If they made a Labyrinth musical, this would definitely be in it.

@@Gabriel-fz4ys Songs can have more than one interpretation, dude. If that's how you see it, cool.
@@Gabriel-fz4ys I swore up and down that this was a reference to the ballad of Childe Rowland [his sister's ordeal specifically].
Whats wrong with you? 😂

I'd love to hear you whisper my name in my 👂... then marry you when the chills stop running down my spine
