download miui 13 fastboot rom according to your region then extract and boot mobile into fastboot then flash fastboot rom with mi flash tool

@@almamunislam8749 you can give a try flashing full recovery rom file with LOS recovery, copy rom file in micro sd card then try flashing it by selecting it from external sd card, some time mobile need to change custom recovery for flashing stock rom, if you have twrp recovery then try flashing it first then try to flash stock rom, by the way best and easy way to flash fastboot rom with mi flash tool
