as far i checked hyperos ported rom on redmi 9 are not that good in speed. lags are there specially on redmi 9 lancelot, so advice to go for miui ports

Maybe your IMEI is corrupt. It was happening to me when mine was corrupt. If you backed it up you can reflash it and the problem will probably be solved.
