As expected Blackburn B10’s are coming off this or next week being replaced by Streetlites, presumably the Rosso ones mentioned in this video!

I heard that a lot of the Rosso Rochdale and Bury drivers will transfer to First, even though the buses won't. Recently I've seen a few of the Orange Burnley double-deckers running on the 483 services from Burnley to Bury in place of the usual grey single deckers, and it will be interesting to see if this is a permanent thing. I've also heard some unconfirmed rumours that some double-deckers may appear on the 464 service from Accrington to Rochdale after the change, but the only double-decker I've seen on the route so far is the 'Ribble Centenary' bus, which occasionally makes an appearance on there along with the usual 'Purple People Eaters'. I think the R3 service is reverting back to the 447 again from the 24th, that often had a yellow/red double-decker running on it at certain times, a shame you didn't get a chance to ride on one. I will miss Transdev, they certainly made the Rochdale and Bury bus stations a lot more colourful with their route branding liveries. 😒

What about York services, since East Yorkshire are taking on routes from York & Country network, plus new Transdev's Rawcliffe york depot? From 7th April.

Transdev Rosso is the worst thing to happen to Rossendale Transport. Huge cuttings of routes. For some reason bacup now only receives 5 buses per hour compared to 2 buses an hour on 482, 4 buses per hour on 464, 1 bus per hour on 465/6 and one bus per hour on the 463 (8).
