    PrashantJi i have a question. Does Yoga in general only has Asanas which give you result based on stretching and breathing only ??
    If yes, then is the section of vyayam like mudgar swing, gadha swing etc come under muscle building areas of body ??
    So are these two types of body workouts (Yoga & Vyayam) different from each other ??
