Hey I have one of these LGX v6s & an Elantra N; they don't make a cam for this v6 engine yet. I'm for sure. Also the 6th gen V6 Camaro is faster stock for stock, and it's not close. 9 times out of 10, that 335hp Camaro is faster down the track than our N. The Camaro even as a v6, will spin all through 2nd and 3rd. The 8 and 10 speeds are decent.
I have no reason to believe he was lying about the cam, but who knows. People do like to exaggerate, especially at the track. He said he was running 13.3s which would still be slower than I’ve ever ran in my Elantra N, so in this case it wouldn’t be beating me 9 out of 10 times, but I do know even the V6s are supposed to be pretty quick cars.

@@josephfrancis3250 I’ve heard they’re pretty much factory monsters. I’d be surprised if you felt like it needed more. But depends on if you want to try and keep the warranty or not, cuz a tune will give you the most performance bang for buck but void your warranty instantly lol
@@josephfrancis3250 I got a 2023 GLI new and have to say I’m pretty satisfied over all. I knew about the N but I wanted black wheels that was kind of a deal breaker for me. Figures 6 months later the 2024 N would come out with the facelift and the black wheels🙄loll Still wishing the GLI was louder…and a bit faster, which the N is both. Plus the steering wheel looks cooler imo. The GLi is a great proper car with a good amount of sportiness to it, the EN is a bit more rowdy and fuck it I’m 22 I can wait to be proper lol. Probably will trade it in when the time is right 🙏
