Just one question, does footwears not allowed when filming? 🤣 It looks nice on you if you wear your leather shoes on. your #OOTD

I've always wondered about having the sofas outside. Are they waterproof for when it rains, or do you need to cover them everytime it is going to be raining?
Ye probably, but in the south of Spain it doesn’t rain that often
Very often to rain in places like these same goes to los angeles that's why most houses have whole sof sets outside
They are waterproof most of the time ;)
If this house was in los Angeles it would be at least 30 million dollars

Unglaublich geile Hütte - und eure Präsentation ist unglaublich gut - die Nachtaufnahmen - die vielen Detailinfos und auch die Drohnenaufnahmen - ihr werdet immer besser und diese Haus hat mich voll abgeholt - manchmal beneide ich euch beide echt um die Gelegenheit solch Super Hütten die ihr für euren Kanal filmen und persönlich betreten könnt und dann auch noch in diesen Pool zu springen . :-((

I loved the house, it is so big that looks like 2 houses together, as a Brazilian who has sunny days 350 days a year, i loved the outdoor area

It is very rare for me to find a modern house desirable but this one certainly has a few interesting elements. The way the natural light dances around the whole house, these LED lights, I am filled with joy. This property will cost at least ten times in Beverly hills.

I think, most of these properties are bought by Asian guys, guys from Scandinavian countries, and some of them by Russians and other ethnicities. But most of the viewers are from eng speaking countries like the uk, us, Mb some from Canada.

What's up with people in Spain having no practical taste in design for kitchens. Why can the kitchen cupboards covers (wall with oven and microwave) be flush with the wall next to it? Additionally the fridge should be integrated and covered flush with the rest of the covers and the wall. Kitchen and master bedroom usually sell the place, but kitchens in Spain often seem to lack the basics. The rest of the house is awesome tho.
