- Tape Stop Trick in 46 Seconds
song: • Saknar kontroll (instr...
plugin: dblue tapestop
other options are Gross Beat, Fl Scratch (haha but yes) and Kilohearts
Automating the trigger of the Tape stop to create new parts & fx to your song. I find a part, use "make unique" and add a tape stop effect. Moving on with automation on the 'trigger' and playing around with the settings. Thereby consolidating (ctrl+alt+c) and reversing it. You can also reverse before, as I did with the vocal.
It's usually sweet to try on indvidual parts and not on the whole song as I did here - trying it on solely the bass for example.
download dblue tapestop here:
illformed.org/... it's not updated for any modern pc:s, but i've never had problems with it.
i downloaded mine in 2012 after seeing this video:

Incorporating rhythm while explaining a short, simple music tutorial is creative and art in itself. Really well done and useful tip.
YOUR VOICE FITS THE TUNE SO MUCH I LOVE IT
Honestly uou should get more subscribers, you're editing is amazing and your tips are the best! I can see how much you invest in editing and it's awesome
i swear this editing scratches my brain
known this guy for 45 seconds but i have a massive crush on him for his voice and advice
love how short and packed with information this is
bro your videos are so ingenious, i love how you sync the music to the video 😍
He seems like a person who truely loves making music and tutorials, not like other creators stretching their videos upto the 8 minute mark for ads and sponsers.
thanks man you're tips are awesome
This is awesome. You’ll go viral with these kind of tutorials
I usually add a gross beat to the master track to get that tape wind effect. This looks a little easier tho
Totally
Gross beat to get the tape wind effect plus adding some repeats is peak
I love the fact that he makes a little song for every tutorial, Thanks Synth
Most fun tutorial I have ever watched
best tutorial ive ever watched fr
Omg I love this guy, he makes a 45s tutorial that takes 10 min for other producers to do, what a legend.

Your voice on the tune sounds like “My name is Giovanni Giorgio…”
this is one of the greatest music tutorials. very quick and straight to it
so so so so so underrated
Built into Logic's fade tool, has been for almost a decade.
Wow. Those drums + bass sounds so good, would love to know how you achieved it.
That shit takes second with logic fade in/out FX no need to reverse and all that shenanigans
The one thing i hate about youtube music tutorials is how much fat they add, and you managed to remove all of that. Thank you!
i use a different DAW, but holy hell these videos are so fucking cool and creative.
"Pratet dårå" 😂 I dont make music, men du har bra content! =)
if you also said the script / video in rhythm with the song your tips would be perfect
damn good vibes bru
This makes me hot, damn, amazing tutorial
Fan va nice video 👀
want a break from the ads?
yes i can finally put this tips to work (finally they updated fl studio mobile)
You can do this natively in ableton by automating the transposition in an audio clip envelope.
I cant believe the spotify ad guy is making tutorials
Super Fun
if Daft Punk did tutorials 👌
Man, you're like Ian Hubert in Blender (3d software) world, but more relaxed. Amazing! Liked and subscribed already.
Can you please make a tutorial about mixing instruments in a song ? For example : which instruments to pan, make stereo/mono, doubling, etc. Basically placing every instruments in their own space to make a fuller mix.
I know this since Martin Garrix's Animals deconstruction video back in 2016. It's crazy that this trick is getting popular again
Amazing video!❤
Can you do some sidechain tips?
NICE!
but in Logic you just make "alike" volume transition on the edge of sample, that change it to "pitch" and... thats all, that's why i f-ing love Logic Pro :)
“But if you wanna-use-it-on a. vocal. You should . try it- reverse it- “ banger.
This video actually helped me understand what a remix actually is, along with the tips in the video
God damn bless my algorithm, I've forgotten the plugin name for the last 2 weeks and now I have my answers...... answered
i love you
Thank u so much!
Subscribe after first "Short's" ✊
Huge! Bless u ☀️
dude ur videos are cool
Honestly, The Tape Stop effect always works when doing some censorship 😂
Oh risers got trendy so riser tutorials too. They are already easy to find as samples either. I thought it was something important about the actual music production pipeline. Turned out to be a clickbait trick. At least the name could be a bit more accurate to the content. Like "Riser tips for producers" etc.
Absolute banger channel SUBSCIBED FOR SURE
And it also works on the voices, VOIces, VOICes 🗣🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥
You could probably, hypothetically
Use tape stop effects to create a very crude and rudimentary replication of what it sounds like to scratch
If you think it can be done, I welcome anyone and everyone who is interested by this idea to give it a try and share their results
Crucial?
they are doing something to the building rn i hope it comes back fr
mycket snygg video. Bra jobbat
One suggestion: playlist all your videos into one playlist. It’ll be great
bra video
if you also said the script / video in rhythm with the song your tips would be perfect
테잎 스탑 검색하지도 않았고 에이블톤에서만 썼는데 진짜 컴퓨터 해킹 당한거 아닌가?
This is totally irritating but before you edit a vocal or sample convert it to wave format
musical music tutorials is such a good idea
dont use fl studio but i appreciate how well this was made!
Nice tip bro, ima try to mix it with breakcore, i can do it well thanks to my autism
Im out here adjusting the course pitch... thank you.
Im not a music producer but this looks helpfull
This was very helpful! Straight to the point as well! Instant sub!
Awesome VST! And it is free too. Thank you.
woah
This is the video when synthet developed his rhytmic video style
Can we talk about this song? It sounds really good!
