The north doesn’t really have knights. They’re mostly first men which don’t have the knightly traditions that southerners have which they inherited from the Andals and the faith of the seven. There is house Manderly in the North who are exiled Reachmen that have knights in their house. And there’s ser Jorah Mormont who was knighted by Robert Baratheon during the siege of Pyke but they’re the strange exceptions.

Loved the video but I have to be the "well actually" guy here. Dunk didn't just find Ser Arlan dead one day. The old man had Dunk squiring for him since Dunk was like 6. So your journey should begin with getting a new foster Dad who raises you, trains you and dies before getting around to knighting you.
