I think the new backpacks are very nice. It is always nice to have the proper gear when you head out to do an explore. EE did a fine job running the Fifish and picking up the bottles from the bottom! I always enjoy the under water exploring and the finds you come across. You two stay safe and stay well! Thanks for sharing!

An interesting adventure HH! I love the underwater explores, as they always surprise with what you are able to find. I am sitting here in 35C heat while I watch this episode, and the snow and ice you show in the intro, while disappointing, made me really envious. More underwater explorations please. Well those back packs are a great addition to the team, making your life a lot easier. EE has mastered the controls of the FiFish very well, a great pilot. Love these underwater explores, as you never know what you will uncover, be it a bottle or a very surprised crab. I look forward to warmer weather at that lake, so we can really see what is hidden in the depths. Thank you for sharing, stay safe and well my friends

Love those backpacks for the Fifish. That should make carrying all the gear that much easier. Shame that little lake was frozen over. Nature wasn't ready for you to find it's secrets just yet. Great work by EE on driving the ROV. Pity most of the things you brought up were modern, but, it looks a very rich debris field, so well worth a lot more visits. Cheers to you both! Stay Safe!

Good job in handling the ROV Eagle Eyes! Nice that they designed a backpack for the gear. Looks great and I bet it is much easier to carry around now. Will be looking forward to when the lake thaws out and you get back there.

Nice to see the back packs for the ROVs. Nice job EE on the retrieval. It will be interesting to see what is on the bottom of the lake. Hopefully the water will be clear. Stay safe, dry and warm out there.

I got cold just watching you, lol. Those are great bags. I've made many bags for western tack and ropes. Extremely well made and strengthened. Material remains pliable in even that cold weather so wont crack. Cold weather, passed.

There is always something captivating about the underwater explorations. I was looking forward to seeing what was in the small lake but Mother Nature had other plans. It must have been disappointing to see the ice. Always great to visit the submarine harbor. So many items old and new to be seen. Eagle Eyes did a fantastic job with the ROV. You both should be able to cover more area operation two ROVs. The new water proof back packs is something you really needed.
You and me both and the sub harbor could hide more great secrets i think. Thanks Anthony.

Thanks! A little something for fuel. Good job EE fitting in all the equipment in your backpacks. They look very sturdy with balancing/equalizing straps. Sub harbour was a better option during the frigid cold. Lake at another time. Excellent job working the Fifish v6 EE. Next time it might just be a genuine German WW2 artifact EE. That crab, your Dad teased did look yummy EE. :) Will look forward to your return, during warmer weather, at the lake. Thank you HH and EE

Hey, love those back packs. They do look very sturdy. I agree with EE, could be used as a regular back pack. Maybe get another one for EE, since he is so outstanding! He packed that one without any problems, just as if he has done it hundreds of times lol. Too bad the pond was ice covered, BUT, hey, we get to go back another time. I know I say this every time but the underwater adventures are just so captivating. Am scanning my eyes around the screen looking for items with you. Eagle Eyes has shown, not only in this video but the future ones, that he is learning so much about history and learning to operate most of the equipment. You may soon be sitting in a chair eating French fries and saying, let me know if you find anything Eagle Eyes lol. Starting to get warmer now so maybe a return trip to the frozen pond will be coming up after your massive road trip.

So Cool . I know there are artifacts in our Area from the 1700s to 1800s still undiscovered . Weather and Terrain Prevent Retrieval Possible . Video may get there someday . I hope .

Again, very well done, I really like the detailed information you provide. Looks like EE may his own show yet, he's doing a fine job. I'd get a G.I. A.L.I.C.E. Medium pack, the inner compartment can store a lot plus the 3 outer pockets can hold a lot too, get some heavy duty plastic bags for the rain, I still have mine from the 1980s, well worth a few $ and comfortable to wear too. Keep up the great work guys. Oh and for the lines, I'd tie small knots about a foot apart so the fisher won't slip your grip.

@@WW2HistoryHunter Good morning, excellent, that pack will be a life saver, plus the back is padded so the equipment won't rub against your back or poke you, believe me, 30 mile marches wearing that pack I well know. You can store a folding G.I. shovel onto it too. Have fun guys,

Have you considered dropping a basket or a weighted net connected to a line at the surface. Then you can place and collect the recovered items from the ROV into the basket, rather than making repeated trips to the surface with each item
Good idea but it is fun for EE to experience some minor failures as well. Thanks.
Those backpacks are very nice. They should make your explores much better. EE did an awesome job handling the Fifish. I don't believe there's anything that young man can't do. Too bad the little lake was frozen, it would be interesting to see what is in there. 💖💯

What exactly are the differences between the models of fifish? I wanna get one. I was looking at the Fifish V-Evo which sits at 1800€... the Expert is like 3800€ 😅

Hi , H H and E E , the New Back Packs look Very useful . E E had the " Spacial " Elements worked right out ! for them and made good use straight away , Great Start E E ! I was wondering if you " Plot " your Drone and or Mag' s Underwater " Vectors " ? I suspect it would be getting down to a as lower Skill Set these Days ? However I don't think the Basics with a Map and Compass ever goes astray ? If One day, we have another large Sunspot it's possible a Compass is all we will have ? that still works ? Stay Safe 🦘🇦🇺
i am teaching EE regular compass usage these days actually and the Rov does have compass etc but it is so hard to use that solely under water due to current , drift and lack of good vision down there but we do our best. Thanks Chris and greetings from us.
