What a fun rc!!! And a really healthy bay there bro, we love you and thank you for joining us almost like a member of the family, you have a gift man 🖖
I think that counts as a ship wreck. Amazing. I'm also a land locked person and am fascinated by what you can see with this incredible ROV. I'm so glad you got it with you while traveling to the ocean.
Heeeeere fishy fishy fishy! Boat probably sunk in a storm on a windy day. Glad you're having a blast on our big hunk o'rock out here! Might have to uproot and relocate... Enjoy the ocean you land lover👍
Really great this dive, but it's a shame to see so much rubbish at the bottom of the water, it would be good if the city organized a cleanup. It often happens that a small boat sinks in the harbor. Really nice video, you should do it more often 😊
I walk my dog down there to the beach. That boat was tied up to the dock for months, it filled with rain water and sunk, it was hanging there off its ropes for quite some time, not sure if someone cut the ropes or they finally snapped. Either way it was a derelict boat someone towed in and tied it to the government dock.
We get 48 inches of rain annually. It doesn’t take long to sink a little boat like that when no ones tending to it. But yes it very possibly could have sprung a leak or who knows maybe someone pulled it’s plug. But it floated at the dock for a long time getting lower in the water.
Amazing video! Oddly satisfying. My theory is that the boat was left out in the rain and the owner decided to pull the drain plug to let the rain water out.
Amazing footage !!! As far as I am concerned you can call it a shipwreck, their "ship" got wrecked. LOL It may not be the Titanic, but it was just as cool. You can always call it the Tinytanic. LOL
I live 3mi 5km from the Atlantic ocean fishing is another hobby of mine but I love this totally new perspective these videos give me on the ocean/water. I find this very interesting and enjoyable. Great content keep it up I enjoy all your videos. 👍
pretty cool better then the pond atleast you can see more stuff i like all the videos why because you give n do a variety of things with rc even though im a truck guy i like the variety
Beautiful to watch! I enjoyed the rest just as much as the boat, cool place! The boat has probably been rained full and sunk. Its not a shipwreck... its not a ship😅
First Off, Great Video and location. the Boat makes a NIce man made reef for the fish. They may have scrapped the usable items and then sunk for a reef. They seem to love it. The piles of bottles are interesting, almost like travelers dumped there bins of empties when they came to the dock. Prolly did not know about the recycle program....
So glad you took the sub out with you, these videos are a lot of fun. My guess is they forgot to put the drain plug in it, its a common thing to forget.
Ahh, you must be a fellow boat owner. That was my theory too. Sorry, didn’t see your comment matched what I thought before posting mine. Experienced boaters know just how common this mistake is. Made it a few times myself before wising up, embarrassingly! 😬
Hell yeah !!! And, unfortunately this can NOT be considered a Ship wreck.. But, this was another awesome video from RCSparks!!!!! Love what you do, and how you do it .....
considering most of your content revolves around 1/10th scale rc's, I think we can call it a 10th scale ship wreck. thanks for the great vids medic. keep it up and enjoy the rest of your trip to BC.
Interesting find....the fact that there was no outboard motor leads me to believe this boat wasn't anyone's prize possession and likely sunk due to neglect. Probably wasn't worth the effort to recover but makes some sea creatures a nice homestead 😃
People have come back to their boat, but it ain't there! Funny thing tho, there are always missing dock cleats.... notice when your little water bug looks up? Looking right up at the dock. Yup happens, more than likely that boat is old. Happens today and you're paying to bring it back up. Great vid! Thanks for sharing!
Man you guys are great to see w all the new toys ... I have been watching your channel for a long time and to see your family grow and your babies turn into rug rats to curtain climbers is awesome.. just like mine ... lol but thanks for sharing your stuff man and wish I could had you guys for a neighbor... love the new water ship too thanks for info ✌️
"It's not sitting flat", what a face palm, it is a hull, the bottom is a V, hence laying over. Great footage, could be some collectable bottles down there.
Momma always said, 'a boat that don't float is a BAD boat!' As a boat person, I can say boats sink all the time, doesn't take much. Maybe too much rain and they never checked it. Kinda suspicious its gutted tho🤔 and yes call it a shipwreck (pending investigations 😆) awesome content medic I wish I had one for exploring all the waterways around me.
WOW, wonderful to see some new places with the waterdrone! I'm gonna have to agree with others that it was purposefully sunk. I don't see an engine on the boat, looks like it should have an outboard hanging off the back of it.
The big orange things on the bottom looked like carpet anemones to me. Love seeing them and the star fish. Wonder what kinds of fish were all swimming around down there? Crazy footage!
I don't remember the camera being as good as this video when you used it to find your drone...I'm probably wrong. lol. As always great video! Being from Michigan but a lifelong skier, once upon a time a National Mogul Tour competitor & a Ski Instructor for many yrs, BC's Whistler/Blackcomb was always on the list of out west destinations...We did that in 2003. It is right there with Lake Tahoe as 2 of the most beautiful places I've been. I hope to one day get back to BC. We were fortunate enough when we went in '03, my buddies sister handled all the reservations & whatnot (Side Note: Pay attention, cuz she may book you at the Pan Pacific Hotel at Whistler...Although awesome cuz it's just steps from the Blackcomb gondola, it's a little $$, but worth it), so she found out we could get a limo for the 4 of us for cheap, rather than being packed on a shuttle for the 2 hour drive from the airport. The limo driver gave us a trip where he was acting as a Tour Guide, pointing out this & that...but one of the coolest things was this gorgeous waterfall we stopped at & if I'm not mistaken he said something like it being the 7th tallest waterfall in N. America or something like that. Sorry for the long winded message, I got caught up in my own head reminiscing about the trip of a lifetime. Have a great rest of your vacation!! EDIT: HELL YEAH!!!

These videos are seriously the coolest!! I love underwater exploration in general and it's especially cool to see a dive in an area with so much life! Keep up the good work and keep these exploration videos coming :)
When you got down beside that sunken boat, I had a flashback from Jaws, when the body suddenly appears through the hole in the side!!! Years of therapy, wasted!! lol That's such a cool bit of kit, and some stunning footage from the harbour. The water is so clear, compared to the issues you had in the lake at home, and it really shows how good the camera on the Fifish is!! Is the line attached to the RV buoyant, as it doesn't seem to want to fall and drag on the bottom as it trains behind? I get twitchy bum enough flying a drone away, and i can see that flying away, but submerging a few thousand dollars in a lake or harbour is something else!! Great video as usual. Stay safe and health everyone :)
yes more diving videos please. i enjoy watching you search for whats diwn there. but can you go to more popular places for the public. i would like to see you find some awsome stuff if you get the claw working again:)
I was in the United State Military, Marine Corps, and we were doing operations in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. In scuba at about 40ft deep waiting on a submarine there were fish everywhere. The ocean is big but the little fish are everywhere even in the middle of the ocean, it was really awesome.

Glass bottles have a line in them, the ones that we buy. That line is a mark in making glass since 1962, it's a machine stamp. If you can find bottles without that line going down them they are worth a good amount of money. If you find bottles made of clay then you are in the big money. A lot of those looked to be in good condition. Happy Hunting!

except his claw is broken lol so it does fail
This was a fun video. My theory about the boat: it was easier to scuttle it than to keep it.
stevo43068 Sea of Thieves?
I'd say quite probable, as I couldn't see any outboard motor 👍
It looked pretty stripped down, so it seems pretty likely.
Hell yeah no one in the boat!

As a person that lives not to far from your diving I feel very blessed to live on paradise! Thanks for showing what I can't see normally!
Love the video and how you respect that environment as you do on land.... Blessings my brother.
I just love the underwater footage of the Fifish. Thank you Medic! 👍😁
Or did it get stripped before it “accidentally” sunk? 🤔 Some insurance guy...”I knew it!!”
Completely gutted, no motor, fish finder or fuel tanks. Hmmmm didn't wanna pay dump fee?
@@danielbennettii2508 it appears to be a pretty old style boat, I don’t think it would have a fish finder. But I don’t know a whole lot about boats.
Came to dock, packed gear in truck, drilled hole and went home.
