Fortunately in this sci-fi future they have the regen tanks and nano printers. no donors needed for transplants, heck no transplants needed the regen tanks regrow whole limbs and organs.

You have not seen the video where a white guy visit a small village in Africa and the children thinks he is a ghost have you? There are plenty of places where they live in complete isolation even if people have traveled around sense forever😊
