Actually that isn't Nezuko's reincarnation, Nezuko, Inosuke, Zenitsu, and Tanjiro didn't get reincarnated because they didn't die in battle, the only people who died reincarnated, the main 4 lives out their lives (+Kanao) but then I'm pretty sure they died to pay for the mark (Sanemi, Giyuu and Tanjiro) not so sure about that though

@@Amaneamaneee_ True that did happen- however in the new complete ending of demon slayer it explains a LOT more. Gotouge explained why Tanjiro's grandson loves sleeping and what happened to a lot of other things. I haven't read the new ending personally though AnimeUproar did upload about it and he explains about everything so you can also read it from his channel! If it still doesn't make sense then ofcourse you can go with them being reincarnations some people did think that it's alright too but it's canon that they didn't reincarnate.
