As a lifetime packers fan, im sorry you have to put up with the sorry ass franchise that is the bears. For as loyal as you guys are, you deserve better
At this point, every new Bears Head Coach from now on at their opening presser, they'll just play the Lovie Smith first presser "Step 1, we are going to beat the Packers" and you know what....as a Bears fan that hates the Vikings more.... it literally should be our only focus. Playoffs....MVPs....New Stadium.....nah. Our first and only goal this season is to close out the season beating the Packers at Lambeau. If we are 1-15 or 15-1 doesn't matter. We gotta beat the Packers. It's just our biggest monkey over our back. 3 decades worth of dominance even in our Lovie Smith years has to turn a corner.
As a Bears fan who was / is cautiously optimistic but not cocky, I don't see how most Bears fans deserve it, but I suppose most Bears fans aren't present.
Amen! He's been my favorite player for years and no one seems to realize how excellent and important he is. Hopeing for a simple tweak and a healthy season for him ❤
Love's recovery on that dropped ball was what sold me. He messed up a play, recovered the ball, the O-line was still working, and he slammed out a beautiful pass. THAT is the work of a great QB, and a functioning TEAM! I hope he continues to get better!
The real MVP for the packers was the bears fans (some of them). Started booing awful early. Took the life out of a young QB and team. Fields didn’t do too bad when you consider he was running for his life. He apologized to the city of Chicago and I felt real bad for the dude. Because it wasn’t him. It was the organization
@@AlmostJordan I agree. When you look at the passing targets the Bears had it tells the whole story. Packers defense did their jobs winning 1v1 at the line and the secondary was solid. I believe bears only threw 2 targets over 20yds 1 td/1int.
This was a game they NEEDED to win. Not a Packers or Bears fan but everyone can see this was a tonesetter for the season. Packers fans don't seem to care about the huge amount of shit the Lions talked but they were chomping at the bit to prove the bears off-season shittalk wrong.
Well don't forget to mention the fact that a lot of Lions fans were also giving u credit and didn't think you would be as bad as the media is saying you will be.
@qaxcgyujm yeah I use to like them but know there getting cocky and talking mad smack so I hope they crash and burn in a devastating playoff loss blare Walsh 2.0
As a Packers fan, I can give you several reasons the Lions fans talking smack was not as grating as bears fans. 1. The Lions had a better record than the Packers last year. And beat the Packers in both games we played, knocking us out of the playoffs with the second one. The Bears were literally the worst team in the NFL. 2. The Lions have every reason for optimism. They went 8-2 in their last 10 games and there is every reason to think they would continue to progress this year. They had actual results they could point to, not just boundless optimism. 3. They won their first game of the season against the defending NFL champions on the road. In other words, the team backed up the hype so far.
Very true, but it is also the Bears. But yea, get Watson back so he has another weapon and this could get interesting. I have a hard time believing lightning can strike three times in a row for us but I’m cautiously optimistic.

I want to say congrats for winning this week, and hopefully, our Bears team will get better each week!
Congrats on the win Green Bay. All week I was telling my dad that the Packers were going to win but he didn’t believe me. So my brownies winning and being right about the pack makes me feel pretty good.
Eagles fan here. Was watching my team give me a heart attack - seriously, that's probably the most stressed I've been for a game in which we never trailed - while listening to you gloat over the Bears fans. Well deserved, Jordan Love, in his second start, had his feet all up on Chicago's furniture, and they couldn't even get him to take his muddy shoes off. And Tom's here with receipts now.
I don’t spend much time on socials, so I never see much trash talk. Surprises me that there were lots of Bears fans who thought we were gonna win this game. We’re now 3-24 against Green Bay in our last 27 games. Chicagoans aren’t dumb, it’s weird to hear that so many Bears fans haven’t realized that we’re just never going to beat the Packers. Like if there were fans saying we’d finish with a better record than Green Bay, I’d get it, but trash talking ahead of a Packers game is just strange, why would any Bears fan think we’d win? We never do.
So great to see the Packers come out strong and dominate with a big W on week 1! Thank goodness! Go Pack Go!💚💛👍 Hopefully we can be dominant and consistent against the other teams we play.
@SportsTalkNation1 Idk but the whole team’s body language was just off from the first snap. Dudes like Chase Claypool, who I already don’t expect much from, was a negative in every play he was in. The coaches made no adjustments whatsoever even after Green Bay proved they had them on lock. Only one dude brought some energy and that was rookie RB Roschon Johnson. The fans Boo’d after like 4 insanely incompetent and disappointing drives and afterwards the team had the gall to say they didn’t deserve it and wished the fans were better.
well..... gg's Tom proved me wrong 🤣 but J-Love is a really good QB so far so despite being rivals, i gotta give credit where it is due, congrats on the dominant win, you all deserved it
Packers out coached and out played big time! Felt the Packers starting in 2Q started substituting and just worked the Bears over with matchups. The Van Ness sub at goal line was amazing. Loved the entire Bears oline getting a false start, and Walker went beast mode on that INT!!!
As a bears fan that was simply nervously optimistic about the season and realistic about the division, I appreciate your empathy. Plus, going from 3 wins to 7-8 wins on the season would still be a significant improvement. It's possible
As a Dolphins fan who actually had to have the Packer game on because I live in Wisconsin, I wasn't surprised to see Tua sitting at 2nd in air yards per attempt at 10.7...what I was surprised by was the fact that the guy ahead of him was Jordan Love who averaged 11.3 air yards(meaning his pass was traveling that many yards) good for you guys
sad to see jones go down, but love what he was doing. Looked very explosive week 1 and hopefully a quick return. Love looked focused especially with the new weapons coming and going. The defense looked great and the bears lost. A great day for everyone truly
Coming from a bears fan that game was a hard pill to swallow. I’m just hoping the bears can bounce back and play well the rest of this season cause we still need to see what Justin can do. And for GB hopefully love does pull thru and become a great QB. At the end of the day it’s only week 1 and there will still be a lot of great games and rematches to come in later this season
Keep in mind, this is not a great litmus test for how good the Packers actually are. We beat a dispirited, disorganized Bears team that did not give us a good effort. Next week a much better challenge, which should be very exciting!
You can tell he learned off rodgers because he is was calm just like him and the way he threw the ball it reminded me of him. Love learned from the best and can’t wait to see where he takes us
Enjoyed the whole video, but I really LOVED 12:00- 14:00, It was the most pleasant trash talk I've ever heard. I'm a NY Jets fan and I see a lot of trash talk about Rodgers being washed up, the Jets are the Jets etc. from sports analysist and social media. I hope Aaron Rodgers can show all the haters that not only does he own the bears, but that he owns the AFC East as well.
As a Lions fan... fkkkkkkkkkk. OK, um, I wont lie, I was one of those "youre playing the Bears for 3rd place" guys. After watching Minnesota yesterday, I can put you firmly in 2nd. But I will not quit drinking the kool aid in hope that one day, we will win the division and a playoff game. Good job, Love looked good, defense looked good. Good Luck Grossi.
All I've ever wanted was a fully competent NFC North. A Vikings team that can maintain consistency. A Lions team that is dangerous. A bears team that is a defensive stalwart. A Packers team that plays complete games in all 3 phases. Call me greedy; I'd rather have the top division in the NFC rather than the singular top team.
As a bears fan, it was obvious at least to me that the Packers wanted the win more than the bears. Not to mention, I think the entire time the Packers out coached the bears on both sides of the ball. No adjustments were made for the second half. Love your content Tom, and it was an impressive win for the packers. I just hope that both of our teams can beat the lions and Vikings
This is deserved Tom as an impartial fan I’ve seen way too much talk from bears fans when there team and qB have proved nothing. I’m very excited for the jets game tonight but I know better then to trash talk the bills or dolphins
GB, Dallas, SF, and Cleveland all showed out on what happens when the planned starting defense is all healthy and good to go. Very high end squads that brutalized their opponents from the start and didn't look back. Excellent undressing of Justin Fields.
Dude as a bears fan who was optimistic and telling other bears fans who were talking all that shit ton deserved to rip into us further bc that was absolutely abysmal I appreciate the empathy but we didn’t deserve that
The one thing that impressed me the most, far above the sacks, the Aaron Jones plays, the pick 6, was the resolve the defense showed. The commentators even mentioned it: the Packers bench was in the sun, it was hot, and the Bears had a higher time of possesssion mid 3rd. We have seen so many times where someone (49ers) would just run the ball straight into the D-line and it would collapse. Not yesterday. The defense *held* up its level of play, and showed the stamina so when Fields did make a mistake, the momentum practically finished the game. I absolutely hope that's what we're in for this season.
I was pretty quiet for the off season. I don't know what I expected from the Bears, but it wasn't....that....congrats to your team on a well deserved win. I'm gonna go pray to the football gods that something changes. Idk what...but something.
Thanks for the laughs, Tom! I wore my 'I still own you' shirt somewhat cautiously at first, but brought it to attention fairly quickly in this game. 🤣Just week 1 like you said, but plenty of reasons to be optimistic and feel sorry for Bears fans!
I never thought Bears had a chance and rolled my eyes at talk of how "we own Packers now" and laughed at "Fields can be MVP contender." So no surprise how it was but see if Love keeps it up against an actually good team. And I was warning other fans in off-season "guys, it's still the Bears, still so many issues" so nice to see reality check.
I'm a Vikings fan but I was rooting for the Packers on this one because goddamn Bears fans were obnoxious during the off-season. Kings of the North right?!
Congrats Tom, well deserved, as a Bills Mafia fan, hoping Bills win beacuse have heard alot of talk that now that Rogers is with the Jets it will be the end of the Bills reign on AFC East, wil enjoy it so much if Bills win :)
Good for Love that he got some confidence and had a good game, but I can’t really take much from it. The Bears showed they’re still poorly coached 🗑️, and Love wasn’t challenged at ALL. I could have sworn I saw him make a sandwich on a few of his drop backs, but I could have been confused with him just carving up the Bears secondary 😂
I hope, despite disliking the Packers. That Jordan love goes on to have a great career. Dude was an underdog from day one. He has a good story, I love that his mom is always there to watch him. Plus, it would be funny that Tom goes from panicking or disappointment when Jordan was drafted. To maybe eventually having his jersey. Plus Bears fans is always funny. They talked so much shit despite not being relevant since the 80s
@@eman22017 I’m talking about week one bro, last year we got blown by the vikings, prior to that the saints, etc. We had not been good week 1 in a while
Tom, devoted packers fans will agree, you are correct. 😂They talked for months how Green Bay was trash and washed in the off-season. Much talk heading into this game. Bears are down right now. Also Vikings 💀bc mayfield beat them. They should eat their words this week. But our division is VERY competitive this year. Jordan Love & company seem ready for it. We look good enough to win the north. GO PACK GO!
I typically am not one to root for the Pack, but I really liked what I saw from Love. He adjusted, got it to hist play makes. Made an AWESOME throw to his TE to ge tthem to scoring position again. Crazy they did it again and the team trusts him off rip.
Texans fan, my team didn't even show up to the game. But I was really looking forward to this video. Packers still own the Bears, and will continue to own them for the next 10 plus years under Love.
My fav part about yesterdays game was literally how money Love was on 3rd even on 3rd n long still cashing in gosh it was awesome it also helped I watched it with my sister Bf which he is a Bears fan so that made it tha much better.
As a Lions fan, I absolutely loved watching the packers destroy the bears after ALL that off-season smack talk. That first meeting between the Lions and Packers is going to be VERY interesting. I really hope Lions defense does not underestimate Jordan Love and that packers Offense.
Not all Bears fan were trash-talking. Some of us who have been Bears fans since the days of Butkus and Sayers (and we weren't good then, either) know better. Can't say I didn't have my hopes up for a turnaround, but I didn't talk smack. Like too often occurs, my hopes were dashed.
I ain't worried I'm a 49er fan. See the Lions are the worrisome team in the division than the Packers this year because people are sleeping on the Lions.
man i told yas Doubs, reminds me of Adams. Adams stunk his first couple of years. My God the drops he had! But Doubs STRAIGHT out the gate has done awesome!! He will be great!
As a Cardinals fan, this is exactly why I don’t talk shit anymore about the teams in my division because they are going to be better than us everytime…🤦🏻♂️🫂
It really is just more frustrating than anything. I just wanted to see/ hear a good game and it was anything but that. I am really just hoping it was lake of pre season reps with a lot of these guys and we can come back week 2 and show improvement
This game was so enjoyable, especially sat next to a Bears fan who was talking so much smack and you could see her soul slowly dying as the game went on. 🤣
Just saying, as a Lions fan, it's good to see that the Bears are still the bottom of the NFC North. Love looked solid from what I saw as well, hopefully the Lions have an answer for him in a few weeks
Those fuckers went in there, gave the Bears a beat down, and now gave me expectations for the season. I honestly think this could have been worst case scenario. I was all excited 2 weeks ago to watch a Packers season with absolutely no expectations. And then this happened....
Love played the way Rogers use to play . Spread the ball around and the O Line giving him time to find the open man . If the Oline keeps giving him the time he had today , oh boy he will light up any one .

Love learned from the best and can’t wait to see where he takes us
When he did the back shoulder pass in the endzone I screamed 'thats aaron fuckin rodgers'. You can definitely see Rodgers style in Jordan Loves throws
As a UK Packers fan I get your points Tom but it’s also only 1 game
Enjoyed the whole video, but I really LOVED 12:00- 14:00, It was the most pleasant trash talk I've ever heard.
I'm a NY Jets fan and I see a lot of trash talk about Rodgers being washed up, the Jets are the Jets etc. from sports analysist and social media. I hope Aaron Rodgers can show all the haters that not only does he own the bears, but that he owns the AFC East as well.
Vikings: I'm just happy we're not the Bears!
And bears fans are happy they are not Giants fans lol
As bad as the Bears are, they can beat the Buccaneers.
@@edwardgrant7708Yeah no they can't.
@@shaunfirebird We'll see.
I’m just gonna say this.
This wasn’t a offense or defense problem. IT WAS AN EVERYTHING PROBLEM
Bears: who is Love? Baby don't hurt me. Baby don't hurt me... no more
As a Lions fan... fkkkkkkkkkk.
Is this the greatest smackdown sport speech ever?!? I think so!
Go Lovey Dovey. Go Pack! 🤣
Some adjustments were made by the Bears they managed to score more than 6 points in the second half. It was just too little too late.
This is deserved Tom as an impartial fan I’ve seen way too much talk from bears fans when there team and qB have proved nothing. I’m very excited for the jets game tonight but I know better then to trash talk the bills or dolphins
I've missed these videos man, love watching the Pack win and seeing the same excitement in Tom the following day
Bears fans spewed garbage at us Lions fans too so I enjoy every minute of this 💯🦁
GB, Dallas, SF, and Cleveland all showed out on what happens when the planned starting defense is all healthy and good to go. Very high end squads that brutalized their opponents from the start and didn't look back.
Excellent undressing of Justin Fields.
Dude as a bears fan who was optimistic and telling other bears fans who were talking all that shit ton deserved to rip into us further bc that was absolutely abysmal I appreciate the empathy but we didn’t deserve that
Tom, I love in the small writing Tom Grossi: Icon, Legend, Allergic to Milk, fun, and well... everything 'cept football! Made my day
The one thing that impressed me the most, far above the sacks, the Aaron Jones plays, the pick 6, was the resolve the defense showed.
Tom is off the charts with this video and the NFC North Reaction to Wk1 video. DUH BEARS
Great win for you man. You got my Falcons next so while I hope we win, I also hope its very competitive
Good take
Thanks for the laughs, Tom!
Great win. See you guys in Green Bay on the 28th.
That was a great game and looking forward to what the Packers can do.
Packers o line played really well. Im curious to see how Jordan Love will play against a good defense that can pressure the quarterback
That was frikin frakin funny
I hope, despite disliking the Packers. That Jordan love goes on to have a great career. Dude was an underdog from day one. He has a good story, I love that his mom is always there to watch him. Plus, it would be funny that Tom goes from panicking or disappointment when Jordan was drafted. To maybe eventually having his jersey. Plus Bears fans is always funny. They talked so much shit despite not being relevant since the 80s
I love Tom for his optimism, his charity, and his overall goodness. But mannnnn I love venomous Tom
First time we can be happy week one in a LOOOOOONG TIME but Love never Dies
Oh my god y’all are so spoiled. First time happy in a long time? Give it a break. Y’all have had nothing but success for decades smh.
GO PACK GO!
Definitely was a great start for Love and the packers. Enjoyed watching the young players look hungry
I typically am not one to root for the Pack, but I really liked what I saw from Love. He adjusted, got it to hist play makes. Made an AWESOME throw to his TE to ge tthem to scoring position again. Crazy they did it again and the team trusts him off rip.
As a Packer fan, I couldn’t wait for this reaction. Hahaha! My man!
Texans fan, my team didn't even show up to the game. But I was really looking forward to this video. Packers still own the Bears, and will continue to own them for the next 10 plus years under Love.
This game went about as well as I could have imagined, GO PACK GO
Love is all you need. One game and the team is too young not to have some struggles but damn they were good today.
It’s early but this team looks good and Love looks confident which is very huge. Great start I want to see more but so far very happy.
I am continually reminded of how good that new intro is.
LOVE IT and keep on going Tom ! Greetings from Germany ! GO PACK GO
Some things never change
My fav part about yesterdays game was literally how money Love was on 3rd even on 3rd n long still cashing in gosh it was awesome it also helped I watched it with my sister Bf which he is a Bears fan so that made it tha much better.
As a Lions fan, I absolutely loved watching the packers destroy the bears after ALL that off-season smack talk. That first meeting between the Lions and Packers is going to be VERY interesting. I really hope Lions defense does not underestimate Jordan Love and that packers Offense.
Being from Milwaukee I really enjoyed the Chicagoland sports radio tirades today.
Roschon Johnson just bounced off of Quay Walker during that interception return. TWICE. Gave me a good laugh while i was watching
Johnson does look like a good running back though. He just on the Bears.
Those fuckers went in there, gave the Bears a beat down, and now gave me expectations for the season. I honestly think this could have been worst case scenario. I was all excited 2 weeks ago to watch a Packers season with absolutely no expectations. And then this happened....
I kinda understand
Love played the way Rogers use to play . Spread the ball around and the O Line giving him time to find the open man . If the Oline keeps giving him the time he had today , oh boy he will light up any one .
Dad: Aaron Rodgers
Stepdad: Jordan Love
Perfect
