You can tell so much about the man by how relaxed and happy his dog is.
He also raised 6 kids alone after his wife died in a tragic accident. That is no easy task.

The best medicine: rocks and plants 🌱
A friend of mine was going through divorce, lost his job, and his mother passed away. Horrible point of his life. Close to suicide. Couldn't shake off the depression. One day I grabbed him, told him to drive. Told him I'll fix him. Took him to this woodland, no cars, no airplane noise, no concrete, only trees and some deers around us. We sat there quietly for an hour or so, didn't say a word. Suddenly he stood up and took a deep breath. Stretched out. Look at me and said "I feel much better. I feel good.".
That's part of why he is so relaxed. He is grounded running around with bare feet :D
Turtles are able to stay underneath the water 5 months and the water is cold. They love it. What a sweetheart WHM❤️🙏✌️

Yeah TRUE, but also with that tech u are able to watch WIM and learn and things like the Wim Hof Technique to empower yourself and pretty much anything... don’t blame the tech, be accountable for oneself, your own way of being/living. it only has ‘power’ if power is given away. Blaming tech or anything else is weakness and an excuse for not taking responsibility for self.

Thanks for WHM I love it. For me its hard to stick with something for longer periods. But the breathing and the cold showers really got me hooked. A day without the breathing or the cold shower, is a day missing something for the rest of the day. Nice to see your beautiful garden. 😊🙏

I would love to be in those gardens, is like they talk, I believe in the power of nature and if we learn from it we are transforming pain into gain suffering into love and that is what I se in those gardens the power of Love and I am sure your widow wife, in your life helped transformed that in you and the Love shows, you inspire my morning and I am starting to practice your breathing and being once in the ice first time lasted 39 seconds, did it again same day and lasted 5 minutes, I am excited to listen to your teachings, I am 57 years old feel like 29 and I being through alot of emotional suffering, and now I understand that my soul kept me going. Wow! You live in a beautiful place. I love those plants, especially the palms. You must have a relatively warm winter for a Date Palm to survive. I mostly love those trachycarpus. They are my favorites.
