- This was a worldwide simulcast of a concert to open the USA 1994 soccer (football in English) world cup. The concert was called "Soccer Rocks the Globe" Quality is OK to pretty good. Seems rather rare footage though

can anybody find all the footage. i scored a free ticket to this and from what i remember it was a broadcast to europe. def leppard, scorpions, james, and i think fleetwood mac also played
The james and Fleetwood Mac did play that night. I remember watching it on tv.
@@edhrodriguez2576 I was there. I remember Fleetwood Mac (without Lindsey Buckingham) and Gary Glitter. I remember being bummed that Yes lip-synched. Not sure if all the bands did.
