Do you have a video of adding the antifreeze to the system we have a roo and couldn't figure out how to get the antifreeze into the system this past winter so we just blew the lines out. Where is this valve and how does one access it
That switch inside the water heater compartment is NOT for the igniter. That is for the electric element to heat the water via electric instead of gas. You can run both at the same time for faster recovery. But NEVER turn it on without a full water heater. There is also a switch in your panel for electric element water heater. Double safety, both switches have to be on in order for the electric element to be used. I never run mine on gas except for testing it, as if you electric hookup you can save propane.
bon2198 it does make sense! Should’ve read the owners manual! I made the video to help myself remember what I was doing. Now it’s turned out to be a great learning experience. Appreciate the help
gary graczyk anytime!!! Always willing to share knowledge and learn things myself. I have a rockwood mini lite. Very similar to yours. And I’m in Chicago. Heading to De Forest WI KOA for Memorial Day weekend. Come by for a beer if you’re nearby.
Great video. Thank you!
Thank you so much. Really learned a lot from this and the comments!

It appears you left your bypass valve in the winter position.
Why did he turn by pass valve back to Winter position?
I am pretty sure he forgot.
Thank you I go back and watch this once a year.
Watched your other vid too -Thanks ... i had no idea you even did this so learned something new :)
Do you have to dewinterize via fresh water tank or can you hook directly to city water?
Thanks for the videos. Did you ever find out what to do with the water pump filter?
Tyler Hughes I took an oil filter remover to budge the threads loose. Its flimsy but can be emptied that way.
Thanks for the idea. I may give it a try.
