Thats not evil. As long as she’s not getting rid of them completely then its fine. Putting things in the back of our mind is something people do all the time and its a very useful skill. If something is stressing you or bothering you and its not important in the moment, not relevant, or obstructing you from focusing on more urgent tasks- then its important to recognize that and put those thoughts on the back burner.
This is true, but I think the way joy goes about it isn't particularly healthy (spoilers btw) Throughout the film we see the back of the mind multiple times, and all of the memories there are in one big pile on the ground. Meaning that joy was never planning on them being able to be recalled, simply never thinking about the problem again doesn't fix the problem. If they never brought the giant pile of memories cascading down to the uh, memory tree thing I can't remember the name of, they would have never found out that those memories are actually good for Riley, therefore making that an unhealthy habit.

I still believe that there's a tiny bit of part of her that you know inside out one has it's just because that Joy didn't want them at all but this one just wants to to be at the back of the mine not to disappear also it would probably come back up cuz they're not memory told thing

Actually it's a visualisation of those moments when your younger that you do stuff you would class as cringey when older we've all had those moments When you professed your love for somebody who didn't like you that way Or you done a dance routine in a talent show ect you forget about them when your younger but will eventually remember them as you grow older
