Then the next pitches, Mikolas aimed for Happ's head-neck area (And almost hit him there) and then he even made an intentional movement to hit Happ.
I get it that there should've been a warning after the head-neck area miss, but if it didn't hit him, then what's the warning for?

It was an accident. These idiotic people think that Ian Happ, the man who IS FRIENDS with Contreras, purposely did this? Man, how much meth do you guys smoke down there in St. Louis? You want on purpose, how about Chase Utley who deliberately slid into Ruben Tejada in Game 2 of the 2015 NLDS when he tried to break up a double play. That was in purpose, with malicious intent. Now, th3 next game, Noah "Thor" Syndegard plunked Utley in the first inning, and he got ejected. He knew, and the Umps knew that it was payback, and that's why they ejected him.
Don't get me wrong, umps have made some bad ejection calls, but this one was correct. You just open up your entire team to get hit and possibly injured. Happ and Contreras hugged it out. It should have ended it there. But Mikalas made a stupid and selfish decision, and he cost his team.😊

Now im more a hockey fan but what we're taught in that sport is that you should always be in control of your stick. If it catches an opposing player in the mouth youre gonna get a high sticking penalty regardless of wether you meant to do it or not.
So im with the pitcher on this one. If youre gonna just be so willy nilly with a literal baseball bat to conk my catcher in the head and face no repercussions for it, youre getting thrown at.
So strange that people keep defending how he didnt meant to do it so that means he should just get to go out there and concuss people.

When the cardinals are not in contention, they become violent. History, San Francisco Giants, New York Mets, Cincinnati Reds, los Angeles Dodgers, or just a few organizations that they have had physical confrontations with when they are not in contention. And of course the Chicago Cubs I am going to say it again the further they are from a wild card or contending for a playoff spot the more frequent the incidence of violence and retaliation are. this is not just a coincidence.
