It was filled with a ton of clauses not to incentivise the person to do better but for the company to not pay the person. I know that was a major reason Christy Hemme left the company because she kept getting messed over over same with the late Ashley Massaro, she talked about a similar experience with that contract where so signed for x but they tell you your not ready so here's y.
