First Project Borealis which was in Ravenholm, but still tied somehow, then Infinity Finality demo which I played and was pretty good, and now this one. Also we can mention the EP3 footage in HL2 documentary and I think something might drop about HLX in 2025-2026. Looks like the curse is broken lol.
Hmm, looking back, i think i realized something. When Half-Life 2 released, there's actually a game that's already out with Source engine, and that's Counter Strike Source. If Half-Life 3 (or Half-Life 2 Episode 3) follows a similar pattern as before. Then we might get it after Counter Strike 2, where it used Source 2 engine.
@@MatsuSenpaii Yes it is. And we can see they make some improvements with engine that we start seeing in CS2. HLX will feature a lot of things and needs full capabilites of Source 2 engine for it. I'm sure it will be mind-blowing content in the game, I hope to see the day and play it.

You’d almost think this was a legit base leak, given all the control information and starter text. It even ties in with the end of episode 2 with the helicopter from the hanger. The fact that we have a viable chance at Half-Life episode 3 is… almost unbelievable, it exists, to some small extent. But it just feels.. surreal, you know? Like most games people may die over time waiting for them to release.. but the fact that it’s been this long, the shear thought of being able to witness this, while countless others cannot is.. just insane, yet poetic. Perhaps it is real, perhaps not, either way, we’ve never been this close before.. Godspeed everyone.

The new monster teased at the end was awesome. Just like Valve, the creators of this mod know how to to tease you with whats next and then just end the game suddenly
Did you have fps issues while running this Bolloxed (or anyone else)? I have a 11700k and 3070 and my FPS dropped to 60 on the main menu and while looking at the snow effect (I disabled vsync and played on the highest settings). Also hope they work on bettering the lip sync for the G-Man and making him look less red and up close
@@Uvashaemiy_ i think both have their own pros, i like how infinite finality tries to give backstories to some unexplained parts from Half-Life like how City 17 doesn't have any Xen fauna or Combine Pulse Rifle was a stolen technology from Aperture Science. I think Interlude is really interesting because of its new type of creature/boss, the radio reel gameplay mechanic (I've been imagining this in Half-Life mod since long ago lol), solid level design, and amazing models/reskins
The last Monster was a giant headcrab a bit similar to the gonarch from Half Life 1 but i think a younger stage ,more agile . Maybe am experimental artificial One or something that Just lives in those regions .For some reasons looks more scary than a gonarch ,even tho the dimensions are not quite the same
@許鎬元 Hunters are synths , they are genetically enginered buy the combine using a real species from a Planet they conquered and constructing on It another species all together with mechanical and bio mechanical parts and armament....i don't think a hunter or any combine synth could copulate Bro hahaha .but Still , maybe the combine also enhanced a headcrab idfk 😂

Valve is probably aiming for HLX in 2025, which means, they'll either delay the project to 2026 or cancel it altogether.
