King of whip and stipple/pepper shading Inkmaster, seems natural to you like ordinary shading, some might not know how difficult it is to perfectly whip, stipple shade a tattoo, sometimes speeding up and slowing down your handspeed for that perfect look depending on the voltage/hertz you're running at, a masterpiece bro🤘🏻

What voltage did you use? Im guessing around 6 or 7 maybe, so you can line and whip shade at the same time, didn’t notice you change the volt.
