I love my 450 sportsman! I have a 2021. I’m assuming it’s the same process installing the clutch kit? I’m slowly but surely doing upgrades. Getting ready to install the 2” lift and clutch kit. Love your videos bro!

I have the same machine. I love it. One complaint about it though , the brakes aren't very good. Is that your experience ?

The brakes have been good for me, only issue I had recently was coming out of some deep water and not having brakes for a few seconds lol

your going to mess your clutches up if you keep riding in high gear going under 15 mph and it will shred the belt up. low gear is good for 0-25 mph and high gear 20- 50 mph

@@garageforty2 Also, when you stop, go into neutral as soon as you can, if possible. When the ATV stays in gear, someone explained to me that the belt rubs against something and heats up. This way it hurts durability.
Also, when in cold weather, let the ATV idle a bit in neutral, it will also allow the belt to heat up and avoid slippage - also increase longevity. As for the High gear, on my polaris 500 2003, Anything over 7 or 10mph (don't remember exactly) has to be high gear. Also, don't allow low-gear to reach anything close to 25mph for longer periods of time as the belt can also overheat and tear due to belt spinning at very high speeds.
Don't take my word for it, please look into it. Try downloading the owners manual for your machine (you can probably find it for free), probably Polaris guys will mention when to use low and when to use high gear and at what speeds.

@@gamingradeon thanks for the info, definitely looking into it hearing a lot of different things, latest was anything over 15mph use high, 15 and under use low and most trail riding in low. Obviously in the mud we use low and that’s all I really know for sure lol. Thanks for watching!
