I have a 06 800 when you say u put a gen 2 air filter do u mean like and gen two air box like the ones on the xmrs?

how has this held up in 3 years?

I have the 2023 450 H.O and I love it. Best machine for the price. I'm 6'2 240lbs and it handles my weight with no problem in anything I throw at it. Def worth the $ if you're looking for a good machine that's reasonably priced.

Too bad about the 450. Not gonna lie but you motivated me to lift mine, add the clutch kit (I went with Dalton) and just got a sweet deal on some 27" zillas with new steel rims. Glad to hear the axles held up too. Thanks for what you did, not too much content for the 450's so it was good to see yours get modded. I love my 450 and I will keep it until it blows up. 😂 Good luck on your future endeavors and I will pop in to see what you got going on.

They do fit great !! But they are a bit expensive

There’s an oil filler cap on top of the engine. Right under the big plastic cover. No need to fill your engine through the dipstick hole.

I have a 2023 450HO it went 62mph from factory I now have it tuned with dyno jet PV4 and I have a big gun exhaust on it, just ordered an EPI clutch kit waiting on it to get here!

i still have my 2008 can am 800xt H.O. bought it new. overall best quad i have ever owned. and iv'e had my share of models. i have kept the engine stock. but most everything else has been changed or modified. can am makes the best atvs.
