I do everything for myself. Proceeds to pick up pre-cooked chicken from a restaurant.
Sitting down to eat, taking one bite, and then getting up to get paper towel was so relatable 😂
I like Kamali but man some of his posing routines were so weird, you'd think he forgot he was on a BB stage and not in a GFP strip joint lol😂
His range of motion on the George foreman was better than those rack pulls
That gut is insane.
Yes that's EASY to notice, sure wasn't Surge Nubret when it came to the classic SMALL waist and tight abs.
I love this channel!!! 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Thanks Bruce
Very welcome

600 pounds isnt a joke.
did you film this vids by your self to make it copy right ?
Yes. All of our videos were filmed by me or Mitsuru.
Kamali aged really well too. You can tell his genetics being Middle Eastern, played a role in that. He’s still pretty big for his age of 50, but he looks like more like he’s 40. He was pretty conservative with his gear usage, but more importantly, he was extremely consistent throughout his entire life without any major injuries. The key is long-term, isn’t winning shows, it’s still be able to train and doing what you love without restrictions. The dude is also super knowledgeable.
@@Pantelifts10 Ok…so according to you, his ‘body looks terrible’ now? Then elaborate on how it looks terrible. He’s 50 years old, and has far more muscle density and size than most guys in their 20s. And looking at your Avatar photo and videos of yourself, your physique is less than average, and is subpar. You shouldn’t be judging anyone based off how you look. Just sayin’.
his belly protrudes his chest a lot when he's cooking that steak, he had a bubble gut, he definitely over used something
@@johnnybegood9560 “He definitely overused something” you said. Yeah, it’s called food. Think about it. Fiber wasn’t a major supplement these guys used back in the 90s, when they were eating 6-7 times a day, a lot of open bodybuilders had a distended abdomen, because the colon was backed up. It’s not uncommon to see distention and then being flat for a show. It has nothing to do with drug usage, and everything to do with food. Fiber was a missing supplement that no one talked about in the 90s. Pretty common knowledge to know that.
@@R.P.E so how come literally every bodybuilder in the 70s/80s/90s had a tiny flat stomach ?
@@johnnybegood9560 …Because there were no ‘mass monsters’ during the ‘Golden’ era. Even Arnold in his prime, wasn’t even nearly as big as some of these guys were in the 90s like Nasser, Yates, Palumbo, ect. The 70s was primarily classic style physiques. Again, pretty common knowledge to know that. The open class modern mass monster started happening in the 90s, hence they were eating a significant amount of food, way more than those guys were eating back during the years you mentioned. Think about it. Do you know how many grams of protein Kamali probably was eating daily? Probably around 350g of protein a day, and think about the distention you can’t break-down all that food eating every two hours without a fiber supplement. Fiber was not used in the 90s, nor was it a advanced as it is today with a higher potency.
Not near big enough for Olympia.. His gum had the hardest part of the workout.
He had weird muscle insertions.
He needs to keep his mouth shut when he’s chewing gum
My wife tells me the same thing 😂
@@omalley16😂😂😂😂😂
If you were starving before a comp you'd be chomping away as well lol
@@oldchudmuffin7313😂
terrible training, only thing half decent was the pull downs at the end, pure ego lifting
Lol I was just going to comment about ego lifting. Amazing this man never injured himself
