you probably dont care but if you guys are bored like me during the covid times then you can watch pretty much all the new movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Have been watching with my gf during the lockdown :)
If you're not a professional you should've been because your 9 mm 115 gr ammunition test was the most informative video I've seen on RUclips. Great job👋👏👋
This should be the standard for fire arms and ammo review videos, no bull shit opinions, no glock worshiping, or bias just cold numbers. Keep it up man. I looked up ur vid after I picked up 100rd of zvs for $12.80. I still will probably buy more zvs(sooo cheap) but I had never even looked into the Independence ammo.
I just bought some Independence 115 gr and 124 gr and Speer Lawman 115 gr and 124 gr. I am going to test those to see what shoots as close to my carry ammo as possible. Which ever wins is what I will be buying from now on. Thanks for watching!
My advice to everyone .... Buy whatever is: 1st - reliable 2nd - reasonably accurate in your firearm Turd - relatively inexpensive 4th - availability From this test results it seems the Winchester and Fiocchi were the best all around. Priced well. Available. Reasonably accurate. Reasonable velocities. If all things were equal I'd choose the Speer based on your test. But then perhaps I don't own a Beretta or G19, and my particular firearms might not do great with it?
Thank you for all the detailed results! I'd like to see some bench testing when it comes to accuracy so any human error can be eliminated atleast as much as possible.
squaredaway, I came across your channel by accident, and I'm glad I did. An absolutely through ammunition test. Some of the brands you tested were my edc ammo. I was shocked to to see how badly they performed. I commend you for your over the top evaluation. I just subscribed to your channel, and I'm looking forward to more testing in different calibers; namely 45 acp. Thank you.
You are very welcome, thank you for watching. I do plan on doing more ammo tests. I have not posted a new video in a few months due to being busy with work, but I want to start up again soon. My next ammo test will be comparing Speer Lawman and Independence with my carry ammo (Federal HST) to see which perform the closest. That will determine the FMJ ammo that I buy and train with.
Lawman is the cleaner, pricier version of Blazer Brass. They both use those electroplated, total metal jackets. The only "FMJ" ammo I use now is TMJ ammo...Lawman, Blazer, and Freedom Munitions TMJ.
Just picked up abunch of pmc bronze for 14 bucks a box..... Not what I like to pay but the ammo performs great and casings are great for reloading. Best reloading cases I've ever seen are Norma and pmc.
Yes, I plan on doing that in a future test. Buying and testing all these brands of ammo is not cheap, tho. Right now I edc Federal HST 124gr. Thanks for watching and subscribing!
I really like it. It feels perfect in your hand. No problems at all and it did this test with no problems. The worst thing about the R51 is the take down, but its not bad once you figure it out.

This tells us very little. All That ammo in each brand is more accurate than all shooters! Unless you are shooting from a rest. Same goes for testing accuracy of a gun. If you are not using a rest. The deviation in each shot or group is you. Not the gun. You seem to be a decent shooter. But my point is, if you use one ammo and do 10 5shot groups at 12yrds.
