West Lou can be saved. Sure some homes are in pretty bad shape but most are not or can be fixed up with investment . Its nothing like Detroit, St. louis or Gary Indiana , all considerably worse than Louisville.
Believe me this looks great compared to certain areas of Bridgeport and new haven and Hartford Connecticut neighborhood s😮
