Virgin America was great. But hey, you never know. The founder of JetBlue, David Neelman, left the U.S Aviation industry. Now he's back with a new airline. You never know what Sir Richard Branson might have up his sleeve.
It was an amazing experience. Best any airline could offer... only Southwest comes close. I've had the honor of working with both airlines. Alaska Airlines ruined something great. #vxforever #southwestluv
So tonight Get ready to fly Cuz we’re going to live it on up in the sky Virgin America Knows All the places you wanna be Fly away with me Fly away with me yeah VX
I loved VX, never got to fly w/ them but my Aunty got upgraded once since she had Elevate Silver but I remember when I was at OGG and they had beautiful uniforms!
Funny that by coincidence you parked next to the exact aircraft I saw 5 days later on May 1 2018 at Dulles airport, N843VA, when I was taxiing to the runway headed to London-Heathrow on a United 777-222
I somehow got to fly on one of JetBlue’s newest aircraft recently, and it heavily reminded me of Virgin America… especially the interior… I’m starting to wonder if I flew on an Ex-VX aircraft (that maybe Alaska sold to JetBlue) 🧐
By the way Alaska Airlines retired all the aircraft, here is the time line with Final Route and flight number and registration March 2020: Airbus A319: N/A January 9th 2023: Airbus A320: N849VA, AS1196, SEA-LAX September 30th 2023: Airbus A321NEO: N921VA, AS1126, SEA-LAX Conclusion: I think Alaska Airlines should be still be booed because they retired and now they’re Boeing all over again
Wasn’t on this flight unfortunately, but pretty neat and interesting! I have a Virgin America t shirt as well but sadly I didn’t get one until December 2017 and it was after my last ever time flying them back in November 2017. I did wear my Virgin America t shirt this day as of representing their last actual day of operations and I happened to be at LAX this night picking up my mom from an American Airlines flight! Pretty cool they did a sing along to the safety dance video and pretty crazy they did it a second time after landing which tells me they were really going to miss it because unfortunately it’s gone from flights forever, however this wasn’t the last time they played this, the safety dance video wasn’t discontinued from flights right away. The safety dance video retired from their flights completely on August 1st 2018, which coincidentally that same day was when Southwest Airlines quit serving peanuts on their flights due to allergy concerns!
imagine if the virgin america safety video was revived for virgin atlantic or australia also how unironic that the plane was parked in sfo next to an alaska airlines plane
Vx flyer jet blue however would have kept the personal ife on their planes, since they have them on all their own jets have them and they both use airbus planes.
Who else misses virgin America🥲 Crazy to think they have never had a crash before yet Alaska did I don’t know why they let Alaska buy them but I mean they are thriving I guess
Virgin was the best airline i flew with them many times planned on being a flight attendant for them uncle was a pilot with them till the end now he’s a captain at United Airlines on the 787 fleet
No, well sortove Alaska outbided JetBlue for the purchase of VIrgwn America it’s sad because Alaska abandoned the virgin America brand but jet blue wouldn’t
Virgin America was the best and the Alaska Airlines safety demo is so boring and the service is so horrible on their planes. They made my family get stuck at the gate for 2 hours without the plane taxiing and we were not warned of this. Alaska sucks, Virgin America would never do this to us. #alaskaairlinessuck
I’m always going to miss Virgin America!!!!! Another AWESOME airline hits the history books. :(. Maybe gone but never forgotten.
I loved virgin American. All of the flight attendants were so polite and nice :c
Thank you! we loved our guests!
Alaska bourght them so sad i loved virgin america and the saftey video was so catchy

I somehow got to fly on one of JetBlue’s newest aircraft recently, and it heavily reminded me of Virgin America… especially the interior…
I’m starting to wonder if I flew on an Ex-VX aircraft (that maybe Alaska sold to JetBlue) 🧐
So Sad ;(

@@RiskiVR does who still sell what?
@@ryanridder4576 t shirts of virgin america
@@RiskiVR yes, they actually do at shop online for Virgin America t shirts and there is a bunch on there!
@@ryanridder4576 sweet, thank you! if you're interested, I did a 4k upscale on the virgin america video ^^
imagine if the virgin america safety video was revived for virgin atlantic or australia also how unironic that the plane was parked in sfo next to an alaska airlines plane
Genuinely one of the coolest airlines, EVER. Sad they’re gone. Good times.
Alaska Airlines makes me go 🤢🤢🤢🤢😭😭🤢😭😭
I love how the safety video calms the unruly passengers.
It's a real shame Virgin America had to go. I was actually tempted to fly with them.
Too bad JetBlue lost the bid to Alaska because I know if JetBlue bought virgin America the airline would still be here today #vxforever
Jack Volpe jetBlue would have gotten rid of the Virgin America branding too.
@@vxflyer5730 ☹️are there still planes carrying the livery of virgin america?
Mikail Unal There are only about 30 left in the Virgin America livery and they aren’t going to keep any in the VX livery.
Vx flyer jet blue however would have kept the personal ife on their planes, since they have them on all their own jets have them and they both use airbus planes.
The planes would have been fully renovated into the jetBlue interior. They would not have kept anything Virgin America.
Virgin America makes flying even more enjoyable
So funny how they played the safety (song) at the end of the flight, Vx was so cool 😊 Wish they were around now
On flight mode people!! HELLO!!!
Who else misses virgin America🥲
Crazy to think they have never had a crash before yet Alaska did I don’t know why they let Alaska buy them but I mean they are thriving I guess
I heavily miss them so much
who miss and loves virgin americas safety vid?
Virgin was the best airline i flew with them many times planned on being a flight attendant for them uncle was a pilot with them till the end now he’s a captain at United Airlines on the 787 fleet
To this day this was still my favorite airline…. I will never spend money on Alaska.
Virgin America knows all the places you want to be but sadly Alaska took hold of me
Dis makes my cry lol
I wish I could’ve flown them
That is one really long taxi. I guess the flight landed on the south complex?
Probably a victory lap by ATC
I was on flight and I was like
"Alaska is dump!"
I can only see virgin america in xplane
The Roblox song code is 527570807
Thanks a lot
I do miss Virgin American but it’s not Alaska’s fault that they died. Vx was dying and Alaska bought them.
Im sure there's jetBlue, American, Virgin Australia, and Lufthansa.
Curse you Alaska Airlines!!! You are still on my boycott list to this day...
Wait they whent out of business??¿???
No, well sortove Alaska outbided JetBlue for the purchase of VIrgwn America it’s sad because Alaska abandoned the virgin America brand but jet blue wouldn’t
@@ryanulitenok5411 thanks! Ya I just found out to it's realy sad😓

I like virgin america better
It's just Alaska now... 😞
It’s nice that you watched a video on inflight safety and yet you kept your electronic device on and kept filming!!!! What is wrong with you!?!?!?
Have you not been on a plane? There’s something called airplane mode.
Native _American Indian i have a separate camera that I film with that I am aloud to use.
