    Nice recipe, thanks
FYI: Croatian MIL always said: For most potato dishes it's important to add the potatoes to cold water and allow the water to come to a boil with the potatoes in the water. The potato starch can react as soon as it comes in contact with hot water, which will promote uneven cooking and mealy potatoes. This holds true for all root veggies.... if it grows below ground: start in cold water... if it grows above ground: add to boiling water.....

Never buy olive oil in the supermarket... there are tons of old grandmas and grandpas that sell really high quality olive oil... can not be compared with the stuff from the supermarket.. because the homemade are mostly cold pressed, and that is something that the industrial oil can not compete...

@@MrBraffZachlin yea,on markets one can buy homemade cold pressed olive oil instead of crap from supermarkets,malls,etc...

@@elvishruncev1184 if you guys mean farmers markets then I would add those can be super shady. nobody is regulating those in most cases and around me many have been found to be full of lying fraudulent vendors who don't even bother to remove the actual farm's stickers from the produce and say their farm is down the road. buying from a farmers market is really putting your trust ina stranger. nobody verifies any claims from vendors there and the expose' that have shown these vendors to mostly be liars selling regular goods as organic or local etc..
