This feature was supposed to be in the game since launch, according to Jared Rabago from Monolith; however, they had to cut it out after they couldn't get it to work properly on time. The feature is partially functional through some glitching right now and has been for a while. That's how I made this video. I was keeping quiet about this because I didn't want the devs to patch it out, but it now turns out they are patching it in instead, so whatever. You just have to wait a few days to be able to do this yourself. I have ran into more cut features in my experiments. Seeing how the devs are restoring a cut feature, I have high hopes more will be with the July update.

One of my overlord is aleready annoying enough on his own... he is a shieldbearer, and his only weaknesses are stealth and beasts. He is immune to ranged, frost and executions.
I would really like a way to level up our overlords without the need of demoting them or using cards. Hopefully the July update does something about that.

My strategy for an impossible fort is to give the overlord a shit ton of archer and hunter bodyguards who just pelt the fuck out of the player whenever they stop rolling to kill the overlord.
Hey man, I have completed the complete campaign for a while now, but I can't seem to defeat the shadow wars. I am only lvl 43 and I am really having trouble leveling up, because I do not know any efficient ways. Is there any way that I can lose a fort and retake it or are there better ways to level Up?
Send some death threats to make Captains lvl65. Those give a lot of XP. Also, if you lose a fort, and the Overlord is lvl65, you get over 250k XP for defeating him. You are going to need to defeat like two or three lvl65 Overlords to reach lvl60.
i have started to replay the game. haven't played in ages. i recruit two guys make them overlords spys. when i confront him they both attack me. go down three times no chance get save by one of the traitor bodyguards bloodbrother
huh, i'm not sure if i like this or not. i like that it'll make overlord fights more of a challenge, but i also like that overlord fights are more personal duels you get to do uninterrupted after storming a fort. idk.

You can, but the AI isn't so bright there. I prefer to not touch the Online Pits, or my Overlords are just going to taunt and die.

They should allow you to bring one of the assault leaders with you and let them have a word in, that would make things more peachy

Adding bodyguard spies to the overlord will make the final fight that much easier. And if you bring your own bodyguard, there's no way you could lose!

After you unlock it, you can use it on a new game.
If you start a new game after completing act 3, the Dark Talion skin will still be available for you to wear, even with Celebrimbor.
