If Tracey Mullaghan and Liam Norton are the most articulate members of Insulate Britain, then I fear for the future of the group! Neither is able to argue effectively nor able contain their emotions. Claudia-Liza's measured interview gave Tracey ample opportunity to put her case over; instead she ruined the opportunity to present any kind of argument in defence of her group's actions, (not that I believe there is much to defend!)

As a mother of disabled child and reciever of DLA, I'm disgusted by her. I also work part time and know how difficult it is to make ends needs for low income family and how hard it is to make the family schedule work. This is just entitled selfish woman. This isn't protest but harassment.

I am not sure that’s right. My mum has Multiple Sclerosis MS and gets the high enhanced daily & care rate which is around £8,000 a year tops. Unless she has a part time job less than 16 hours a week which is the maximum you can work and receive PIP. That would men she gets £22,000 for 16 hours a week .

The presenter asks questions in very calm mannered way and this woman accuses her of shouting. Everytime i see this woman she looks worse and worse. Insulate Britain if you want support a) stop making the people you need on your side angry and b) get a spokesperson who can actually get a message out without seeming like a temper tantrum throwing child.
If people can't afford to heat thier homes no amount of insulation is going to help them. They've got this back to front
You cant insulate them all, millions of old victorian, geogian houses etc that would be a crime to tare down its original plaster walls to install and kind of modern insulation.

If your house is properly insulated, you use less fuel and therefore your bills are smaller. Better for the environment.

Where? I lived by the sea all my life and the harbours have been here for hundreds of years and no change in sea level.
Even if sea levels rise, it's not the end of the world, probably about 10% rise, majority of the world will remain the same, the biggest change will be in Europe.
But the one thing that people are forgetting is the water won't rise in hours or days or weeks, but decades, more than enough time for people to adapt.
Barrack Obama talked about rising sea levels, then years later spent million on a beachside house, they don't even believe it themselves.
The sea levels are not rising. There is no climate crisis. This is all about the rich industrialised nations giving their wealth to the poorer and third world nations in carbon offset reparation credits. This is about global resetting not flooding.
For sure, I've had a boat for 40 years and when I look over the side the water has always come up to roughly the same place.
When water freezes and becomes an iceberg it expands and becomes lighter than unfrozen water. The amount of expansion is what you see above the surface of the unfrozen water so when it melts and contracts the water level doesn't change. I would think that melting snow/ice from land (mountains, etc) is the only thing that can cause water levels to rise.

Yeah I agree, I'm from a council estate in the North West originally and trust me white, black and asian we were all just as poor as one another 😂 non of us felt any of the others were in any way "privileged". The one thing I'm thankful for was the community spirit amongst those who had very little. Race never played a part.

I'm disabled, and I can't travel around the country like her. If she is disabled, & or has a disabled car as well, Then they should be taken off her and her benefits stopped. We're all taxpayers, so what gives her the right to block people going to work to earn money to pay tax to keep her. She is just talking like the rest of them just absolute rubbish.
