They NEVER show a dirty carpet get cleaned...only fresh spills you can clean with a cloth. The chair is new !

Can you use it with carpet shampoo liquid made for carpet machines? Or what and where do the tabs go? What are they ment for? I need to use some sort of soap. I clean alot of urine and feces off carpets and furniture. ( Elderly persons) thanks. I just got one of these.
