INGREDIENTS:
1 and half Cup All purpose flour 190g
2 Eggs
1 Fresh Lemon
8 tablespoons melted butter or oil
3/4 Cup or 12 tablespoons Sugar
1 and half teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Whole Milk ( 120ml) (or 8 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon Salt( adjust quantity base on your taste)
Preheat for 5mins and Air fry at 340F or 170C for 38-40mins

If I am using a Self Raising Flour , do I need to add the additional Baking Powder into the Dry Ingredients? As I worry the cake will be too dense and flat.

@@SimpleRecipesKitchen - I had to cut the centre out, it just didn't cook but I covered what was left with lemon icing, cut into small slices and we ate the lot! Delicious taste and I'm going to try again but bake instead of air fry in my Ninja Foodi. Great recipe but air frying just didn't work for me.
