[2K60FPS] Detective Conan Movies Openings with MEMC

Used SVP and Nvidia Optical Flow SDK for MEMC (Motion Estimation Motion Compensation) and MadVR to upscale Conan movie openings to 2K and 60FPS. Chroma upscaling used MadVR Jinc, and video upscaling used MadVR Spline.

i underestimate them first but i realize why detective conan and pokemon keep getting movie and theatrical release every year in japan, they are very profittable

sad that they stopped doing based-series movies because they didn't do well in 2016, and started doing alternate universe movies which i didn't like, and then they stopped making movies in 2021 to now
