Chad, it definitely is. This entire neighborhood is filled with updated ramblers like this one. Everything is nicely maintained, clean and quiet. As I was walking, I noticed two more ramblers being renovated on the same block. Which will just continue to improve the value of the neighborhood. Lots of young families moving in.

Burien is one of those hidden gems cities. It is close to almost everything, even the Puget Sound. Beautiful home.
