2:21 is such a level of excitement I haven't felt from a game soundtrack in a long time. Then again, this game means a ton to me ever since I was a kid!
Even if the gameplay isn’t the best, one thing I’m inclined to believe is that MediEvil Resurrection (the PSP reimagining) is the closest thing we have to a Tim Burton movie.
@@Jeremy_Watson Well, time for a fun fact! It was mentioned in an interview that not only was Nightmare Before Christmas an inspiration for MediEvil, but Bob and Barn (the composers) were asked to recreate Danny Elfman’s style of music.

Finally getting around to playing this since I never played it before (I chose the N64 path) and the soundtrack it PHENOMENAL. Like, I'm playing it and I'm like, "Holy shit, this is AMAZING". Like, I can't get over it!!

I always thought so too, I grew up playing the original PS1 version. It was very much like something Tim Burton would make.

full of bugs and most dialogues/interactions were removed, luckily some were at least replaced

It's a good thing the PS4 remake has the PS1 version in it too then, it can be unlocked in the main menu
