The remake was my first experience with Medievil. I’ve since platinumed it, platinumed the PSP game on PSPlus and am working on the original game’s platinum as well. I love this game.

Disagree so much with the other comment. The original soundtrack was great, but this one built on it and took it to a whole other level. Particularly on this track. It's an orchestral masterpiece compared to the original. It has a Danny Elfman feel to it. I guess I just like this kind of music!

I too see this one as the superior soundtrack! It captures what Bob and Barn intended in the first place much better in my opinion

They're talking from rose tinted nostalgia goggles and it's hard to talk against something that made an impact in your younger self.

Plus the original can still be played in the remake anyway, the entire ps1 version can be found in the main menu after completing everything in the remake version

I don’t like one soundtrack any more than the other, I like to pick and choose. For example, I think this is better than the original, but I think the original “Time Device” track is better than the remake’s

I’m not gonna lie. This was the biggest let down of the remade soundtrack. The original boss music slapped so hard, and the remake just doesn’t quite hit the same way.
