The Schulz fans think good jokes are the same 4 premises with a predictable punchline. If they don't know how everything ends before it happens, they get angry and turn on the performer, because they don't have the capacity to understand new jokes. These guys make their money performing for the lowest common denominator, which makes their comedy pretty mediocre. I never saw the special, but I swear I've heard that Michael Jackson take verbatim a decade or more ago. MJ has been the butt of jokes since Eddy Murphy's era. It's exhausting.
You have to remember that these people all make like 35,000 a year. Mexicans have the second highest drop out rate at college and the second lowest income in the US. This is like the biggest thing these people will do all year and they’re going to take a million photos to show they were there because it’s what impresses their Mexican friends.
