Agreed. AA is NOT the only way. 7 years dope free. 3 detoxes. Failed after every one. Quit on my own. No meetings. About 5 years of anxiety and depression after quitting, and here we are.

And he expertly avoids her blabbing about more good husband shit he does behind the scenes by holding a book up to a tiny ass candle flame knowing she’d react to the danger of no danger happening. I love this show.

Important people journal because they're involved with important things, which people will be curious about in the future. Like Julius Caesar writing his memoirs of the gallic and civil wars of Rome. Or early physicians / physicists carefully documenting their experiments and trying to figure things out.... Sitting in your bed and writing about your mundane day with your wife is sad. Very sad. "Went for a walk, our dog saw a squirrel and barked. Then we drank some water. The I made fun of Steve o.". Stop. Just stop. As if you're so important and stressed you need to write about nothing in order to feel better.

UTUBE , i laugh more each time ...and a lot of time it is the subtle and organic unplanned little excerpts that make me piss myself ....if mike dies before me im offing m yself because my world is pretty dark minus the funniest man on the planet ....an honest man with qualties i really do admire and apopreciate...thanks mike and the selfless work of all the clippers
