I've been trying to order it for 2 weeks Good luck getting a hold of them their website you can't order from so I emailed them The guy responded and said give me your number I'll call you to place the order He never called me I emailed him back twice no response at this point I don't even know if I would trust giving them my money trusting they will ship it.
@@OdysseyOffroad bro it took me about 6 month to get ahold of these guys, you've got to just keep trying. I had the exact same experience you're going thru with them. I would suggest sending new emails instead of replying to the same original email chain, that's what worked for me and he finally called. I placed the order over the phone and less then a week later it was at my door. I get it it's a pain in the ass but it's worth it once you finally get it.

I seen this one video once where this dude said his 250 had a carb spacer which was a small red plastic ring which he removed and he said his ds 250 was a bit faster after that.
Not sure if that'll help you ir if you did that already but hope it does.
Yeah mine doesn't have it and it didn't come with it some of them do some of them don't I can't imagine how slow it is with the spacer lol

No I haven't looked to be honest but a 2016 would be the same thing nothing has changed.

I run amsoil for atv 5w50 and amsoil atv/utv transmission in the gearbox, its a gl5 gear oil

Can you do a Video for an oil change, on this DS250 and are you going to instal a RPM/MPH/Hour gauge ??
I have an hour meter installed That's super simple You just wrap the wire around the spark plug wire and then route it to wherever you want to mount it. I can do a video on an oil change but in all honesty there's nothing to it remove the drain bolt and fill it with new oil there's no oil filter on these machines.

Is there any way to remove the governor on this machine? I should have done more research on atvs before purchasing. I was trying to buy a beginners atv for me and my son although I know how to shift he doesn’t. I wish it didn’t have a throttle limiter. Any pointers?
Taking off there have been reports of a few of these machines not all of them that have a plastic limiter in the throttle cable You pull it out of the top of the carburetor and sometimes there's a red spacer in there. My machine did not have that at all. they're just slow It is what it is.
@@OdysseyOffroad yea I read that as well. I also saw that the limiter can be adjusted on the actual throttle by loosening the screw.
Any one know the part number for that chain tensioner on thoes can am mine broke I can’t find no parts or part numbers 🤦🏻♂️

Yeah that's what I've seen it's quite a few RUclipsrs in Florida with raptors and sports quads in general. I have some family in Boca so I was thinking maybe taking a road trip with the family go visit some relatives and I'll do some riding while I'm there.
What is a good 250 cc quad that’s water cooler and fast
250cc and fast don't really go in the same sentence, lol only 250s made are the Honda 250EX right now and the Can-Am DS250 neither of them are fast. The Can-Am is liquid cooled the Honda is air-cooled. Yamaha used to make a Raptor 250 for a few years I don't know if that's liquid cooled or not. If you want fast you got to go 400 or up. Unless you're talking a two-stroke Honda 250R.

Hate to tell you bud but I will go 50. Take off the red spacer in the top of the carb that restricts the throttle.
There was no red spacer on the top of the carb on this machine. I addressed that in a previous video. Not every one of them came with a red spacer for some reason only certain years.
