I think your review is off base. You clearly snagged the sleeve on something and that’s why it ripped. Take responsibility- this is easily fixed by a tailor while you wait. I’m going to buy one of their suits now.

I wish I’d seen this earlier. Having a super frustrating time trying to return a suit - their customer service is like talking to a shoe. They won’t take responsibility for or acknowledge anything!!!

Been looking at the one and only burton board with a Riglet… doesn’t come with bindings, I’m so confused lol little kid sizing is nonsensical to me. TIA for any recommendations you have!
It’s all good! I made the audience for the kids on that one so RUclips disabled the comment section. But you you made me realize I should have had it open for comments. We got the after schools special. It comes with the bindings. Just bought the Chopper for our second kid though and still need to buy the bindings. Good luck finding the riglet reel itself, for no logical reason. You can’t find it anywhere
Oh man I wish I had seen this before! First of all, their suits fits horribly. The crotch is super low and the legs are way too short. Second, they told me free shipping and free returns but have yet to refund either 10 days after they received my return. Now I am out $100 international shipping and am disputing the charge with my credit company. Do not purchase from this brand. Shady.
This video 100% made me not buy this suit. Brought Montec bib and jacket instead. If they are reading your comments I hope they realize 100 more people saw this and didn’t not comment they spent their money else wear. Not to mention I have 3 kids. 2 of which I buy gear for.

Yeah, the damage itself doesn't look like a defect. However, most good outdoor companies will still help you find a place to repair it.

Arc’teryx. I wore North Face as a Lifty, and it was bombproof, but they don’t make it like they use to.
Arc’teryx has always been a solid brand! Another go to in the industry like Patagonia.

Buy from REI, especially if theres a store in your town. Easy return experience even if you wear a few times.

Me and a buddy got these. Both of ours ripped the same day. His 3rd time and my second time using them. Oneskee is garbage.

The crotch has to be very low in a one piece suit.
