This is exactly what I need to work on most right now! Particularly appreciate how you pointed out that defenders' timing will affect the destination of their counter. Many thanks, Zane!
This is one of the best pickleball videos ever! Packed with practical information. I will watch this over and over the digest each pattern and practice them. Thank you so much.
Incredible video and amazing timing... I was just having a discussion earlier today about a cross court attack from left to right and this confirms that it's a viable option if done well.
Love this video. Wish there was more stuff for lefties though. Maybe I should focus on the lefty the whole time when I watch matches to see how they attack and are attacked.
I feel the same way. It’s also hard to do lefty strategies when everyone is genuinely right handed. 😅 people are surprised when I switch to cover, but I am a lefty.
It should just be fh from down the line(or outside), bh from the middle, bh from the middle. Then down the line to opponent bh, to opponent paddle-side body, cross court etc. so it is more neutral and the cue is player/opponent centric.
Really…. He’s is a very good player. Ben Johns is #1 for a reason but he has been losing a few games recently. It’s tough on the Pickleball circuit. No breaks!!! Not like tennis 🎾 where you can make over $1 mil in a tournament

I’ve seen yoo many videos that promise “patterns” and don’t deliver. Thank you for being the first to fulfill the promise!

Been waiting for a video on tactics like this !! Great job Zane.
So much useful information condensed into one video!

Perfect! I need watch this at least a few more times. What is a good way to practice this to get it into "muscle memory"?

It looks like you switch to eastern on some of your speedups - do you then go back to your continental for the next counter?
Your hair looks great!!
