14:07 - 14:10 is genuinely one of the prettiest shots I've seen outside of a Wes Anderson movie. Dressing him in all red was such a good move, and the score cutting out as it hits the slow-mo really drives the action in this whole scene. You get that frantic build as he's forming a plan, then it's do-or-die time and the music holds just as the audience holds their breath, in anticipation of the success or failure of the jump.
You know, I think the thing I'm most impressed by, is not actually the visuals, but something that wasn't touched on in the video on Corridor Crew at all, the music score! It's phenominal for a piece like this. I can only assume it was done using digital VST's, but it sounds as if it could've been a live recorded orchestra! Hello Alteori 👋
Are you okay?
Congrats on this. It's amazing how you were able to make me care about the fate of these two characters, especially one being a robot made from scooters during a lightning strike, in a short 18 minute flick. Great job.
Scooty shoving food onto his face whilst consuming none of it was fantastic
I can see this being masterfully sculpted by you guys into a very successful little mini series or something, make it happen boys!!
Geez you guys are so talented!!
I watched this on the Corridor Digital website but it's still been in my recommended feed every day.
Figured I'd come through to leave a like and a comment here as well, because it's just that good. Scooty deserves it.
Well done, Peter! Loved Jordan as Zoey!
This short film, and robot, really really reminded me of a classic film, "Short Circuit" and I love it to pieces! Great job Peter, this not only looks absolutely amazing but also absolutely enjoyable!
Five...is...ALIVE!
Especially Short Circuit 2, where criminals trick Johnny into doing bad stuff.
I have a feeling though that "Scooty" might be a play on "Chappie" (That nonsensical Short-Circuit-meets-robocop movie)
10 times better than a Hollywood movie. Seriously, the story telling is marvelous and the animation is so well done
Well done Peter, what an epic achievement - validation submitted

15:51 the moment when you can see the someone with a mask and the airfield in the reflection of the glasses 😂
Anyway, great story, acting and CGI. Keep up the great work. It's fun to watch you all! Thanks for this masterpiece ❤️
I really like the music choice in this.. the work is fantastic and it really makes me want to try to get back into learning this again
This is awesome! I can’t wait to see more! I love your stuff man, and this is just awesome
Absolutely STUNNING!
Marvel level work- You have my respect Peter!
Scooty in the MCU when?
We need this.
Anthony fransisco Sheppard was one of my favorite animated videos in high school. Almost 10 years later this has brought back that love of what yu can do and create in a animated world.
16:45 LOL Scooty eats by shoving food in his face then throwing it away!
Amazing work Peter + all involved in this film! Great little story, so well executed on all fronts. The VFX work is stunning, but I’d expect nothing less from your good self (: 🔥
